Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Do not work with this company. They were supposed to repair my roof after the hurricane in 2020 that devastated SW Louisiana. I trusted that they would complete the roof and was told in October of 2020 the roof had been completed. At that point, I paid them for the rest of the work. I was later advised that the roof had not been completed and contacted the company. They let me know that the shingles had been ordered but they were back-ordered. I have been trying to get in contact with them and get a straight answer since the holidays of 2020. It is now February of 2021 and I still have not received a straight answer or a refund. It is a shame that a business would operate this way in a disaster zone and during a pandemic considering everything that people have gone through. Do not work with this company if you expect honesty, integrity, timely communication, and a finished product. Please do not work with this company if you would like for the work to be complete. Shame on them.

"We are so sorry this unfortunate situation occurred. Being in a disaster area with limited resources, we were waiting on the shingles to come in. We paid for them in advance and they were not getting the specific color in to make available so we could finish the roof. It was torn off, dried in to make it watertight, and 3/4 of the roof was done. It is very difficult when clients feel like we are not responding when it is out of our hands. In retrospect, even though the roof was heavily damaged, we probably should have waited to start. They would have incurred thousands of dollars more damage as another storm was right behind this on. They finally received the color of shingles two months later and called us."

I can not say enough great things about this company, they have taken such great care of not only my home but my mothers home as well! Debi, Floyd and their team of hard working people are top notch through and through, they clean up everything thoroughly, are extremely courteous and respectful of others always! They truly take great care of their customers from beginning to end! They use top quality products and take great pride in their work and it shows for years to come!

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
Poor service, poor follow-through, not contact from the project manager, and no call back from the owner. They attempted to set up proper drainage prior to placement of the TPO covering and did not do it right. The work was unsatisfactory, and there were low points left on the roof after we specifically discussed it was flat and drainage was key. The workers left their trash. The project manager did not call me back even once during the project. Finally, I called the owner and he never called me back again either. The workers took my wet and dry vacuum and step ladder. I got the VAC back, but never saw the ladder. The worst part, I paid in full upfront. Big mistake.

These guys are the best! I highly recommend them.They installed a heated, steel roof at altitude and I have never had a single problem five years later. The proof is in the pudding!
