Duratech Foundation Repair

Great!!

Great company to work with. Right torn the initial inspection to the final cleanup. Everything was smooth. Mitchell is a great guy to work with. His PM was also very informative and always communicative about the stopes of the process. The crew completer the job in 2 days and cleaned up after them. Post the repairs and adjustments , the readings are back to normal. Thanks Duratech!

Work was done as agreed and was expertly completed. Office personnel were great to deal with and listened to my needs and had great solutions. On site staff were friendly and respectful. Did a great job! Cleaned up and left a wonderful new driveway! Highly recommend DuraTech.

DuraTech is an outstanding foundation company — and I mean that in every sense of the word. They don’t just fix complex foundation problems; they stand behind their work as if it were their own home. Mitchell, the Chief Operating Officer, is in a league of his own. When the buyer’s agent brought up foundation-related inspection items during my home sale, Mitchell stepped in without hesitation and handled every single concern professionally and confidently. As a seller, that kind of support is priceless. Instead of feeling like I was alone defending myself against questionable inspection findings, I had a true expert standing beside me — like a trusted friend or family member who had my back every step of the way. That peace of mind during one of the most stressful parts of selling a home is something I cannot put a price on. Pedro, my project manager, was equally impressive. He kept me informed at every phase of the project with timely updates, so I always knew exactly where things stood. No guessing, no chasing — just clear, consistent communication from start to finish. If you have a foundation issue, do not hesitate. DuraTech is the team you want in your corner.
