This guy is a joke. He did not stick with his original estimate even though he inspected the job site before hand and did his own measuring. He did not complete the job. He kept charging us more for flooring because he would mess up his own cuts. He stole our tools and our contract off the counter. I would never trust this man in your home. His name is Renaldo with RCN Flooring and his son came in with him.

Renaldo is great!! He delivered the flooring immediately. I was impressed that he was willing to drive from Carrollton Texas to Forney Texas free of charge. I love the flooring, it looks like real wood. I recommend Duratex Laminate Flooring as an alternative to wood.

The floor turned out very pretty, but there are some places that creak and the installer was not very good with the trim work. He wasn't good at angles on very noticible places like the fireplace and doorways. He also chipped two pieces of the floor near the trim at the wall and doorway and tried to fix with putty. Also when quoted they said it would take 4 days but it ended up taking 7 days because the installer arrived at 9am or later and left at 3pm or earlier everyday but the last day he worked! Then to top that off they left all the scraps and trash for us to take care of, they said that wasn't included in the quote they gave!
