The process was great from the get go. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were quick to resolve the issues. The installers were very polite and professional and clean as well. They did a most excellent job and I would recommend to anybody. They replaced the complete a/c furnace system as well as the ductwork.

I began using Duron Smith several years ago based upon the recommendation of my, then, A/C contractor when he moved out of state. I have never been disappointed. My A/C System needed to be replaced so I called Duron Smith. Jobe McAnary their representative listened to my desire to basically replace my current system with a minimum of upgrades as its cooling and de-humidifying performance were very appropriate, but it had become unreliable. Jobe provided me with three candidate systems including pricing. The system was professionally installed and cooling within three working days.


No one ever called FYI would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
