Durrant was quick to set up a quote and services with us, which was very helpful as we had a tight timeline after we had to end a project with another contractor who wasn't doing a good job. We had Durrant complete a few door repairs for us throughout our home. They were done well and within our quote. They were kind and did a great job cleaning up after completing their job.

They came out prepared to complete the job, per my request. They completed the job well, with great communications. We are thrilled to be able to check this job off our list with no downside

The job was to replace my two back doors that go out to our deck. The installation was done fine, however the doors needed to be painted. The two gentlemen told me they could do it, however I regret not having a professional do the painting. The first mistake was not primer was used on the metal and plastic parts of the door. They then used primer once the dried paint started peeling. One year later, the paint is peeling off the frame around the window and the door knob (caused problems right from the beginning) needs to be reinstalled/adjusted so it will lock properly.
