The team did an absolutely incredible job. Professional, efficient, and detailed. This was a job on a very old house that had never had the ducts cleaned .. complete transformation. Glad we scheduled the service immediately after closing on the property. Highly recommend them and Robert did an incredible job!

We had our ducts cleaned. The office was great when I called to inquire on getting it done. I felt price was very good from what I was hearing from other companies. They gave me a reminder call day before which I really appreciated. When the guys got here they were ready to go with masks, gloves, and shoe covering. They walked me through everything they needed to do. They were friendly and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend Dust Buster!

The guy was on time and he was pleasant. However, the carpet cleaning was not good at all and i will not be recommending them to anyone. Very disappointed. The traffic area still looks dirty and the bedroom looks striped.

"Our technician explained to this customer that the carpet was quite worn, in bad shape and he couldn't guarantee great results. He worked the areas over thoroughly with special traffic area products to try to improve the look of the carpet. In some cases carpeting that has not been maintained will not respond to a thorough cleaning no matter how much effort is taken to improve the look. This customer was new to us so we did not have a history of the carpet maintenance. We are sorry that our service was a disappointment however we do know our technician provided the best possible service. Another point: The customer never called our office to express disappointment so we did not have an opportunity to return to the home to try again. As a general rule, you should hire a carpet cleaning professional for high-traffic areas every 12 to 18 months and for the entire carpet every two years. However, if you have pets or children, your carpet may be in dire need of stain removal and require a thorough cleaning more frequently."

Company arrived hours later than expected, however we were contacted by customer service to alert us of the schedule change. Once they did arrive, the workers discovered they had broken equipment and asked where the nearest Home Depot was. One employee left and another remained in my home. While friendly, he did not continue work until partner returned from store. Workers broke light in basement and did not sufficiently clean up the broken glass, or offer compensation. My family is happy with the final result, noticing a fresher smelling home while furnace is running and decrease in allergy symptoms, however we would not call upon this company again.
