Great group, but I do feel that there are times where they could be a little more thorough. Paul and the ladies he had working with him could not be friendlier and more flexible though.

1.25 hours of work for $100 (3 people- I don't make $30/hr.) Just dusted and not even thoroughly, had to do myself after. Didn't touch my stove and needed to be told what to get to, they seemed to just go around things instead of moving out of the way. THEY WILL NOT BE BACK !

Very please with Dust Free Inc. Paul was very considerate and helpful. The cleaning was great, took care of everything we wanted and very efficient.

I really need better dusting and vacuuming at the baseboard. The rest of the work was fine and fast. I would have them back but this time with more specific instructions.

Had to do much of work myself, after they left. I knew with as fast as they were going, that many things weren't done well.

The owner is very flexible and I like working with him. I am hoping the girls will continue to clean and learn using sterilizing products I want them to use to clean my house.

The first time they came they did an excellent job. They had 3 people cleaning for 2and a half hours. Paul made all kinds of promises that this was what I could expect for every cleaning. From then on the quality of the cleaning and the service deteriorated. By the end, they were sending only two people and cleaning for a little over an hour. When they would leave I would wipe a wet paper towel over my kitchen floor and it would be dirty!! They never cleaned the baseboards though I requested it every time. When they dusted they would just sweep across the front of the surface, leaving the back third untouched. (These are just a few examples. I could go on & on but a kitchen floor that is still dirty right after they cleaned should be enough.)When I complained, Paul always had an excuse and somehow it was my problem.

Listened to what I had to say about certain pieces of furniture (very old expensive antiques) on how to clean them. Lot of services out there that have almost ruined these.
