"Good Morning Monica, The last time we spoke was in 2017 and your last jobs were with us in the fall of 2017. It is my understanding that you were extremely happy with our services but you were not willing to sign a contract for the contractual obligation you would have as well as the price. You also wanted a job price that was not acceptable per hour because it was just over what we pay our employees per hour. As an official company that is insured, licensed and bonded that would not even allow us to break even on the job. You were also made aware that there is a consistent smell in one of your bedrooms, there were repairs that needed to be made to the property and that the laundry was an issue as your dryer did not dry properly and our employee waited several hours for the laundry, something we comp'd because you did not want to pay the hourly price. I do not recall one complaint from you outside of normal "getting to know" your property things. Which all Air BNB clients go through. Especially when you would like to present a certain image. Outside of this, all sheets were ALWAYS turned over and your cleaner and I both inspected the sheets for hair. As for the showers our team is made to clean, rinse and wipe all hair from all shower. Before exiting the property we always go back and take a look at the bathrooms to insure quality because of dust. I do not remember and I can surely look into all notes from your property but I do believe dust was an issue. I do believe we discussed the hair issue one time, in which we still cleaned the property a few times after, sorry it has been 3 years I am not sure of all firm details without your file. But this was caught in one of your drains, we can not take responsibility for that as that is a plumbers job not ours. Outside of this you had made some outrageous demands from us that even today we do not receive from our AIR BNBS in which we have maintained a relationship with for 2 plus years now. After your project, I was hesitant to take on another AIR BNB. Especially as a newer company and just learning the in's and out's. Outside of this you were charging your customers almost twice what you wanted to pay us, via what the AIR BNB site said and you were not easily pleased. We were very eager to help you because you lived so far away from the property and want to help you feel safe and secure when it came to the property. We found that at the end of the day we were unable to do that especially without a signed contract, which we do not have all clients sign. I had already comp'd most hours and we were doing dry runs to find a middle ground on price. When approach with what your cost would be for each cleaning, which was half of what we charge (foolish on our part regardless), you did not want to pay. Even when we dropped the extra hours from our Team member staying to wait for the dryer at our cost, my cost to send our rep out to ensure quality and my own time spent at the property. Which is unheard of to say the least. I honestly do not understand the reasoning for bringing this up 3 years later. When we walked away from the contract you contacted our rep again asking what options you had to retain us. I am sorry if you were so dissatisfied 3 years later, you were given an invite to review us several years ago and chose not to do so then. To do so during a pandemic while our business is currently closed is beyond me. We are no different than any other small business. As a business yourself that has experienced great up's and down's due to the pandemic I am baffled by this, even more so because everything I knew of at the time said you were happy until you rejected the contract. If you chose to further discuss this please email us at info@dustingbunnies.com. Have a great day!"
"Timothy, Our invoice says to give us a call within 24 hours of service. It has been several weeks since your last service. We could have easily rectified the situation on the same day. The employee you are speaking of is no longer with us due to some of the issues you are speaking of. We called you to see how satisfied you were because we let go of that employee but we never heard from you. However, the email you were sent for your services reminded you to look over the work and call us at any time during the service. Being an hourly service we take it seriously when you feel you have not gotten that hours worth of service. Please email us."
"Hi Diane! Please call the office if you have a complaint. You were quoted $42 per hour and the appointment was to be 2 hours only. However, upon arrival our Team Lead let you know that in order to complete the tasks you had asked for you would need more time. We sent only 2 more Team Members over. The price was still the same per hour, per person and that was explained to you. You were made aware of the situation and authorized the two Team Members to complete the cleaning. We never send Team Members to a clients home with out their permission. Please contact us with any other Questions or concerns."
