Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We have Tech named Anthony Schwartz came in to to fix water leaking from ceiling in my garage. Anthony took a look and told me I needed to pay him for $305 diagnosis or pay him $705 to repair. He found one hole and repaired and told me it was all fixed. However, when he turned on water, it was still leaking from the same place. But he said the water leaking was from kitchen, and forced me to sign a form and left with charge of $705. I got another tech coming in to find out there IS the same place leaking. Mr.Anthony Schartz is a very dishonest man. He is NOT a responsible man. I will let everyone know: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Charge for a pressure test that was never performed my wife and I are both wheelchair bound and was taken advantage of was also quoted 1 price and charged another for other work performed they are also other complaints on theBBB website of the office staff threatening customers for bad reviews

The quick response and customer service was outstanding. Josiah was amazing. He explained charges upfront, and took care of the kitchen sink plumbing quickly and professionally. Both Josiah and his coworker was pleasant and courteous.
