Dutch Heating and Cooling

It was time for our heat pump and air handler to be replaced. I collected estimates from 6 different HVAC companies. Thankfully we were not under the gun with an extreme weather situation. After speaking to Christopher, the company owner, I quickly realized his company was the right fit for me. His knowledge was unmatched and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything or squeeze every last penny out of my situation. Not only was his estimate reasonable, but I received better quality equipment than what the other outfits were trying to sell me at a higher price. Install went well as they were methodical to make sure it was done right the first time. If you live in the Noblesville area and value working with a local business that has personal touch, I would recommend giving these guys a look.

Not only were they quick to get out, but they had to order a part. They had our part later that afternoon and returned to get our heat fixed that day. By late afternoon our blower fan was in and the heat was working again. Wow, fast and friendly. If you have to get a new unit from them in the future, they will deduct the money you paid them for repairs on your old unit. We will definitely use them again.

They were prompt and efficient. They made sure our air conditioning was working and were able to see us the day we called in.

My son has his first home and the Dutch people took extra time to explain the problem and gave him some helpful hints on other things he needed to know like changing the furnace filter. In addition, they checked out the air conditioner as well.

Immediatly called me back and scheduled an appointment to perfrom the service. The service manager and tech were very profesional and the price of the service was exceptional. I would recommend this service provider highly and use them on any and all future needs.

I came home from work and the AC had stopped working and it was about 90 degrees outside. I called about 6:00pm and the gentleman arrived as promised at 6:30. That was incredible service. I was expecting at least a day wait. He had the part and fixed the unit within the hour. Very friendly and professional.

He underbid the large national HVAC company by 25%. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous and completed the job in 3/4 of the time he estimated, with perfect results.
