Dutton Plumbing, Cooling, Heating & Electrical runs out of two locations, one in Simi Valley and one in Sylmar. Weve been working out of this valley since 1987. From those two shops, we cover Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and Northern Los Angeles County. Thats plumbing, drain and sewer, water heaters, HVAC, and electrical, all handled by the same crews. Nearly four decades in the same region adds up. Our crews have been inside enough houses out here to recognize what a given neighborhood tends to do before they open anything up. Post-war ranch homes behave one way, newer builds behave differently, and weve seen it all.
