Tree Removal
Michael Wunder installed a new controller and fixed a gusher that I had. He explained how the zones worked and came back to recheck it. Can always count on him to do a great job and follow up.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden - For Business
The new sod was piu in on Tuesday, March 17. It looks very good. Daniel told me that Duval would water it every day since the pump is still not working. They watered the sod on Wednesday, March 18. They did not water it on March 19 & 20. I watered it on March 19. Rocky was here & he used our water to water the sod on Friday, March 20. I hope the new so is going to be watered daily as promised.

Landscape Synthetic Grass for Putting Greens, Play Areas, etc. Installation
They came quickly and did the job pretty well. But they left one sprinkler damaged and another popping up to low to be effective at spaying it is area. Also, the sod they put down has a lot of brown areas in the pieces they put down. The whole lawn looks very splotchy.

Make sure you get what you paid for the first time. Job was not completed the first time. They have to come back. As a matter of fact they never called the first time prior to coming, they just showed up. They did finish and completed the job but showed up without calling we are waiting for replacement for the gazing ball that was broken by one of there employees.

The company took too long to complete the project.contract signed end September 2000 and completed in January 2021. They obviously were working on other projects.

Kaleb and his crew were terrific. Took the time to make sure the job was done well. My only complaint would be with the woman that is in charge of billing. She continued to send me threatening emails about payment, after Kaleb and I had worked it out that they would be paid in full upon completion.

They are the landscaping crew that our HOA uses. They made a presentation to replace our prior landscaper last year and we have retained their services. They do a good job and I use them at my property as well. They have always been very responsive and their proposals are competitive. I am impressed with their infrastructure because they have ~350 people in the company and their employees have integrity. Their equipment is in top condition and their workers are very well trained!
