The work was top tier.. the response to change was quick and professional. The work crew was the best , and knowledgeable beyond reproach. Seriously the best landscaping company around. And above all a very fair price for the quality of the work.

They deserve 10 stars! From the design, estimate to the build of my retaining wall, Daniel, Jeremy, Tomas, Kany and Jamie were total professionals. I highly recommend them.

Me and my Husband relocated to the Jacksonville area after loosing our daughter last year for a Fresh start. We did not know any Landscapers so we relied heavily on Angiâ  s List for recommendations. We chose Duval Landscape Maintenance but boy we were Wrong! I am going to list out the issues I have with them 1 by 1. Not only did they take 1178.00 from us, they never came back to complete the Job and refuse to refund us our Money. Number 1.They Planted 3 Dead Lady Palms in my yard and not in the area I selected for 195.00, 2. I Ordered a 3 Trunk Robellini for 350, I got a bush worth about 80.00 bucks, 3. Ordered 1 trunk Robellini for 175, I got a small palm worth about 60.00 bucks, They planted 6 Cordyline Tiâ  s, 3 almost Dead, ant not in area selected, 4. Ordered 3 Sky Pencils of Larger stature to be noticed for 175.00 bucks, they planted 3 baby Sky Pencils worth 7.99 each, you can barely see them they are so small, 6. We ordered stones to match our columns, but they were unable to provide matching stones, so it took them about 5 weeks to order similar stones that really didnâ  t match but I was ok with that since this project started March 27th and they began planting Nutrient Deficient palms/plants about 7 weeks out on May 18th, 8. Very Poor communication with this company after the sale. I had a very hard time getting someone to get back in touch with me until I spoke with the manager Mike who turned out to be of no help at all in the end. Once I spoke with Mike and he and the team came out to see my lawn but that was it. He agreed that I have Dead Lady Palms and would replace or remove, I opted to remove and he stated he would have Mario the landscaper show me better Sky pencils and a 3 Trunk Robellini to be planted as a focal point in my yard. I received 1 picture of a larger sky pencil and nothing else. I called several times to speak with Mike after about a week and a half without any return call. Mike the manager then sent me a text stating that since I donâ  t wont to spend anymore money then theirs nothing else for them to do for me, I am stuck with the poor quality plants and workmanship!! I am very disappointed and Saddened about this company. This is my story, if you want to avoid a headache, read and proceed with caution. Sherry JR

They provided a reasonable estimate, and did the job as requested

They came quickly and did the job pretty well. But they left one sprinkler damaged and another popping up to low to be effective at spaying it is area. Also, the sod they put down has a lot of brown areas in the pieces they put down. The whole lawn looks very splotchy.

Make sure you get what you paid for the first time. Job was not completed the first time. They have to come back. As a matter of fact they never called the first time prior to coming, they just showed up. They did finish and completed the job but showed up without calling we are waiting for replacement for the gazing ball that was broken by one of there employees.

Robert arrived promptly and fixed my sprinkler system. Intelligent and efficient, he gave me lots of operational advice. Duval Landscape is now my â go toâ sprinkler company. Good service at a good price.
