Dwell Construction, LLC

Excellent service. He showed up to our scheduled appointment on time. I had quite a few repairs needed to my tile roof. Even went the extra mile and repaired joints on the wood corners as well as securing a few other parts. Price was reasonable. Will definitely hire him again to completely redo my roof, as it’s due to be replaced soon. (Before and after repairs) He did a great job!

Definitely recommend! My Roof was aging all my neighbors had theirs replaced in the neighborhood. I called Dwell Roof and they provided a really easy process with a ton of information for me to understand the status of my Roof and in this case that they did a full tile roof underlayment replacement and changed some broken tiles as well as throwing in free wood. They kept the price discussions, really transparent and honest with materials and I just felt like they were taking care of me more than trying to take advantage of me. They were here when they said, and the job was done very clean after I just felt overall good experience and a really competitive price!

I recently worked with Dwell Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first call to the final cleanup, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the process clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised. The crew did great work and paid attention to the details. The roof looks fantastic, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I highly recommend it for a new roofing work they do a great job

Super affordable! Great communication!

Dwell did an amazing job fixing some small but important risk areas for roofs on two of my properties. This needed to be done ahead of the peak monsoon weather. They are affordable, responsive, scheduled quickly, took photos, and performed great work. Highly recommend them for repairs. Will consider them for my next re-roof.

Great team to work with! Repaired work from a previous contractor and communicated exact dates along with fantastic work. Reliable and honest team!
