MCGARRAH painting did an excellent job on painting my house. We noticed that we were getting dry rot in parts of our home which can cause mold and other water damage to the integrity of our home. I hired MCGARRAH due to his attention to detail. His crew found more damage then I was even aware of and were able to fix it before more damage could be done to the home. The craftsmanship is superb and they exceeded my expectations.

Dwight McGarrah and his crew fixed long-festering wood rot in several places along the front of my house, painted the front of my house, and installed a new railing on my front steps. Frankly, my house now looks as good as it has ever looked, almost like new. Dwight and crew responded quickly and completed the repairs in one day. The quality of workmanship was high and I am pleased and relieved to have the front of the house well sealed. It was not possible to determine the extent of the work that was needed until some boards were removed, but I should have had a written estimate in advance. The work was good but I had sticker shock when presented with the bill that was more than twice what I expected. I blame myself for this, not Dwight who I thought was great to deal with. In any event the repair was done well and looks great.

I had a lot of wood rot under windows and various other locations around the house. I was skeptical that it could be repaired to my satisfaction, but the McGarrah team did an amazing job. They also did a beautiful job of painting. Every crack and joint was caulked until the final outcome was beautiful, and beyond my expectations.

They did a perfect job of patching a gaping hole in our ceiling. They then did a beautiful job of removing the popcorn ceiling that we hated and installing a knockdown texture instead. The painting was then great too! Highly recommend!
