Dwyer Drywall

I hired Dwyer to do my living room ceiling, he delayed starting the job on time twice and after taking $600.00 deposit he did show up hung half of what he was to do, no taping at all, never saw him again, I talked to him twice, he said he had some legal problems but would finish the job, never showed up, called him again he said he was sorry and would return my deposit if I wished. He did not. I called him several times, he does not answer my calls, I had to hire another drywall person to finish the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

This man has not returned the deposit made for a contract to install drywall in my kitchen. We have very little money and he promised to work with us. He asked that we do all of the demolition and strip the room to the studs before he would come in to do the work. He postponed the agreed start date three times. The third time he canceled, it was AFTER the time he was supposed to arrive at my house. When he moved a Monday start to Tuesday (on Sunday afternoon!). He promised Tuesday at 8am...and called after 8am on Tuesday to cancel. Sean Dwyer agreed to return my deposit by Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). Mr. Dwyer has not made any effort to refund our deposit.

Sean installed two window blinds and repaired a broken bathroom towel bar for me. He worked skillfully and with attention to the details. The blinds look great, and now the towel bar is nice and solid. He was pleasant , gentlemanly, and gave me the feeling that my small job was just as important and worth doing as would be a project worth tens of thousands of dollars. I am a satisfied customer.

Sean listened well and solved our roof leak expertly. We had others try to stop the leak for years and he solved it right away. The job was done perfect and he fixed interior wall/ceiling damage as well. Sean is very good at communicating what he is doing and when. He is also very considerate of our needs and comfort while performing his job. It is evident that he takes pride in his work. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

The quality of the work was good. Called if he was running late.

I can't say enough good things about Dwyer Drywall, he always called back and communicated promptly. Performed a great , I work highly recommend him.
