Tech was great came to our house within 30 minutes of calling. Gave great advice how to get service restored

Matt and Brody were so great. Very professional and along with the major work, took care of a lot of annoying little items. Brand new smoke detectors and all I feel is relief and thanks. It’s nice having everything up to code. Work was done very neatly and we’re done quickly. Would highly recommend.

I had a plumbing emergency after normal business hours and need help ASAP. I found Dywer online and they came to the rescue. The emergency technician bandage the problem and assured me a crew would be out first thing in the morning to fully address the issue. At 7am I received a call and by 8:15 Akeem and Frank were at my door. They were pleasant, polite and very reassuring! They worked diligently for several hours and ultimately resolved the issue with as little disruption to my home as possible. They explained every step of the diagnosis and repair. I never felt in the dark and I was completely confident that they would be successful! 5 stars for Dwyer and 100 stars for Akeem and Frank!

I reached out to Dwyer Services on a Sunday afternoon when my hot water heater stopped working. I received a call first thing Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. and Dmitriy arrived at my home by 8:30 a.m. to evaluate the issue. I needed to replace the unit, and he returned within the hour to install the new one. Dmitriy was professional, efficient, friendly, and tidy, completing the job in about two hours. I highly recommend Dmitriy and Dwyer Services.

Gerald was thorough very polite considerate knew exactly what he was doing very pleased with the work. He did cleaned up the mess and just I told him I will have any more if I have any more more problems electrically I will hire Dwyer services

He understood everything and knew my concerns .explained everything that was taken place very polite, clean shoes and yet wore booties , Professional He investigated a smell coming from the bathrooms and basement… There is no option for that in the “work preform “

I regrettably signed up for a three year service contract with this "company". Scheduled an inspection appointment which they canceled within 60 minutes of their arrival time via a text message. The message said I needed to call the office to reschedule! How ridicules is that! I waited a week to see if they would call back to reschedule. I suspect since this was not a billable call they had no interest in performing the CONTRACTED WORK. I called and rescheduled the inspection for today (12/4/25) which had a windows of 12pm - 4PM. Got a call for Kelly (very nice) at 11:45Am saying the technician was one stop away. Got a call from Jason the technician said he was on his way and is 13 minute away. Never showed. Got text at 1:14PM that Jake was in route. Never showed. Got text at 2:26PM that Kamil was in route. Just called to cancel my contract. Do not enter into a contract with this organization. They do not respect the customers time.

The refrigerator power point stopped working, after investigation he determined that wire inside the wall became loose or GFI circuit tripped but hidden in the wall. No way to solve this without ripping Sheetrock throughout newly renovated kitchen. Only option is to run new line from the electrical panel.

The technician was polite and efficient. He thoroughly explained how to operate the thermostat. I would recommend your company because of his work.

DJ came for heater furnace maintenance . He is professional and knowledgeable, polite and did good job.

This company is awsome. From the first person to the last they all made me feel like this was gonna get done. I called around to 5 other companies they all wanted 150.00 -170.00 just to come out. Dwyer was 79 bucks. That's one of many reasons I choose them. It Just showed me it's more then the money. Ty ty ty

I had a problem with my boiler. Don was my service tech. He had figured out fast that I has an electrical problem . A part was needed and ordered ASAP THANKS TO DON. My boiler is now running correctly Thank you so much Don!!!

We did not need gas furnace installation this morning. We did have Dwayer install gas furnace and air conditioning installed two years ago. This morning we scheduled for winter tune up ,

Appropriate choice not provided on first question pull-down menu. This was an annual service. Arrived within the later part of the “window” provided, but was on time. Answered all my questions. Tech very nice and personable. Expecting a follow up on suspected leak (?) as per water mark on ceiling by vent (tech took photo).

Had new gas furnace and a/c unit installed 2024. Job done reasonable amount of time. Workers great and very personable. Today 9/12/2025, had yearly maintenance done on both units. Satisfied with work and service

Professional job. No problems. Good contractor.

The plumber worked quickly and efficiently. He replaced an escutcheon, water hose, flapper and half of the flow valve set up. I had no issue with his work. The price for a partial build was $302 after a supposed $50 coupon was applied and the $79 diagnostic fee was waived. That is the only reason for three stars

The tech was great the company not so much !!!!!! Cancelled us numerous times Impossible to get an appointment We have their service plan but seem to care more about bigger dollar customers Not the same company as a few years ago

Matthew came for the annual check and notice a few things that would add life to my ac unit. He came back today and efficiently took care of all he suggested. Dwyer has has taken care of my ac for several years now. Each person that has been here has been polite and knowledgeable.

Dwyer did a great job getting our previous AC working and helping us find the financing for the new AC. Great crew. Highly suggested.
