This unexpected emergency situation turned out to be a great experience. Dyer Well is one of the most, if not THE MOST professional, efficient & knowledgeable company we've dealt with in many years. From the initial contact, we knew we were placing our trust in the right company. We lost all water pressure and after troubleshooting what we could, we contacted ANGI. We received a call from Mike Dyer & the process began. A crew came out to diagnose the problem. They attempted every remedy that they could to try to get us up & running but unfortunately our well had gone dry. Anyone who has ever had a well, knows that a dry well is a nightmare especially in the winter. Our case was even more complicated because when our house was rebuilt, the well was enclosed in a shallow crawl space under the house. It was almost impossible to access. The crew that came out the first day were extremely professional. They explained everything to us that was involved in what we needed to have done. From there the ball started rolling like clockwork. I want to reiterate that every single employee that we dealt with were professional, courteous and reassuring. They kept us informed every step of the way. This project wasn't just putting in a new well and being done with it. It had many complicated twists and turns, including having to drill through and reroute everything differently. One of our family members was having a major health issue. Imagine my surprise to find that a large container of water was delivered to us and the crew hooked it up through our current pump system so that we did not have to be without water while our new well was put in. It allowed us to have running water for the duration of the project and we no longer had to transport gallons of water daily. The location where the crew had to drill was very complex but they brought in a new piece of equipment that was able to handle the situation with less difficulty than anticipated. Once the drilling began, the rest fell into place. We went from having a shallow well to having a deep well. We went from having sporadic water pressure for years to having a strong steady pressure where we can actually shower and use our washing machine at the same time. It's made life a lot easier around here. We also were able to finally rid ourselves of the rust that we had been battling for several years. We are now protected for 5 years with them. Needless to say, We highly recommend Dyer Well Drilling Services. The company is the epitome of integrity, with first class employees and an owner who cares. Everything that we had heard about Dyers previously was absolutely correct. We would hands down hire them again. If we could have given them a "10" we would have.

Lost water in the middle of Friday night. Lost what we thought was our well pump. Dyer Well Drilling called me as soon as they opened on Saturday. Mike showed up with a pot of coffee for my wife and me. Diagnosed and fixed the issue (not the pump) within 2 hrs and GOT OUR WATER BACK ON! Dyer is outstanding!

They were very professional and asked diagnostic type questions, so they knew what the well problem was before they even arrived. They brought everything that they needed to get the repairs completed. They rearranged their schedule and traveled a considerable distance to help get students back to school the next day. Repairs were completed quickly and efficiently with a permanent solution so we could open the next school day and stay open.
