This was the best home inspection i have ever seen. It was very though, & done by a true professional. Would diffentely, recommend them in the future. Sure wish my Daughter, would have had them, when she bought her current home...

Dave was on time, did a thorough inspectio , and explained everything clearly. We also liked the online account to view inspection results and create a request list for our realtor and attorneys, which we were able to email directly from the site.

Describing Dykeman home inspections as exceptional would fall short of how thorough, insightful, and professional their services were. Dave walked me through the whole home and explains everything in detail. Not only the inspector's notes but also proper maintenance of the home. As this was our first house purchase he was understanding for all my questions, friendly, and very thorough. He even looked up local building codes after the inspection to verify proper construction in the basement. He was also very accessible after with any additional questions I had. Will use again and would recommend to everyone.

Mr. Dykeman, Was very responsive to my urgent request for the home inspection. He was thorough and explained all of his findings. I was working with a program which mandated for the home inspector to be approved by the program, when I asked him if he could filled out the necessary paperwork so that I would not have to get the property reinspected, Mr. Dykeman graciously did it.
