Great experience. They were able to take away my old hot water heater and install a new one the same day I called. Would definitely recommend. Price was fair.

I had my water heater spring a leak at the bottom of the tank which put out the pilot and flame. The tank continued to try to fill but constantly leaked out onto the floor. I noticed it at about 5:30am and filled out a request on this website and got a call within 5 minutes. The price quoted was reasonable for a 40 gallon natural gas heater so I went ahead with it. They arrived around 8am and it took about 45 minutes. There was an issue with a small leak on the fitting to the existing pipe on top of the heater but I called back and they came back the same day to correct the issue.

The problem was not the gas plumbing but with the oven itself. They were honest and didn't do unnecessary work.

Fast, Friendly and Got the Job Done! The company had a chance to sell me a brand new water heater and instead explained to me the option of just cleaning out and replacing a small part on my old one. Total cost was just over a hundred dollars when they had the chance to make thousands off me and I would not have known any different. Would use them again for any plumbing need and would recommend to family and friends. The guy who came to do the service was very friendly and explained to me everything he needed to do. He took his shoes off without even having to be asked and did not leave any mess behind.

It took him about 10 minutes to figure out the problem and 10 minutes to rectify it but charged me a lot of money.
