Excellent company, carpets looked wonderful after cleaning and they were able to remove the pet smell from my daughters room after our dog used it as a potty one night.

I was surprised they could work me in as quickly as they did. They came early in order to fit my tight schedule, and, when they were running a bit late because of the weather, they kept me posted. Toni did a super job! Afterward, they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent group of professionals!

The driver showed up late and had a hard time trying to find my house on post. He called me two times and informed me that he would be there soon but came 30 minutes later. He was 2 hours late past the time I was informed he would be there for the job. I was quoted a different price on the phone than I was charged. I did not recieve a military discount. I was very satisfied with the way the carpets looked and he vaccumed the base boards however when the move out inspector came she detected urine im the carpet. I was under the impression that this 10 step cleaning would have cleaned that out.
