Dynamic Mold & Water Solutions Inc

They told me what they were going to do and how it was industrial cleaning after the storm. I had about 8 inches of water in my basement. So my concern was mold. I stressed how I wanted to make sure heavy duty products were used, and I was told it was all commercial and not to worry. It would be taken care of. Well, what they ended up using was not industrial commercial or anything else other than a bottle of fabuloso that I could buy at the dollar tree. Also, the whole basement did not get cleaned. They cleaned around certain areas but did not clean every area. I called and left a voice message and texted to let them have a chance to make it right, and to this day have never heard back. Very, very, very dissatisfied with what I got for the amount of money I paid

Loved the work and the service that was provided. Definitely a 10/10

I hired Oscar with Dynamic Mold & Water Solutions after we had a fire in our home caused by the stove. The fire department came out, and afterward I found Oscar through Google. He responded quickly, came out to secure the property, boarded up the damaged areas, and tarped the roof where needed. Oscar and his team also handled the fire damage restoration and are able to take care of the rebuild process as well. He was very professional, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and helped deal directly with our insurance company, which made everything much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Oscar and Dynamic Mold & Water Solutions to anyone dealing with fire, water, or property damage. Very professional and dependable.
