Professional. Did a great job

I wish working with local businesses was always this easy. We responded to a flyer in our mailbox. From the first communication by text to the actual service and final billing, the process was smooth, efficient, and friendly. Our house looks great after the exterior cleaning. I would definitely recommend Ted and Sabine.

We used Dynamic Cleaning Services to clean our rugs. They were punctual, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

Half way through cleaning our windows, the owner discovered that he had made a mistake in the estimate. I had requested an estimate to clean all the outside windows. He had not included two sky light windows and at first he tried to explain that they were not windows. He refused to take responsibility for the error and indicated that it was my fault. He wanted an extra $30 to wash the two windows. I tried to convince him that he needed to take some responsibility in the matter. Before I could offer a compromise, he said I was disrespectful, picked up his equipment in a huff and left the job half completed. The work he completed was exceptional. And he had been very professional, friendly and nice to deal with. Perhaps he was just having a bad day.

I have had many people work on my home. Dynamic Cleaning has been one of the best. From the first phone call to completing the task was great. Professional, prompt, friendly & efficient. Would recommend them very highly.

Professizonal, clean, happy to have them and comfortable to have them in any area of the house, although they did leave one screen out, which I put back in myself! Otherwise everything was clean and am totally satisfied.

Awesome! I could not be more pleased with my experience. Mr. Gardner took extra time to answer multiple questions and offered advice for future maintenance. My carpets were beautifully cleaned and one carpet that I thought was a "goner" was restored. From my initial contact to the time he walked out of my house was five star professional. He even left "shoe covers" for my family so the carpet wouldn't be soiled while drying. A customer could not ask for more . . . .

They got back to me very quickly, scheduled a next-day appointment, showed up on time, did the job well.

I hired Ted to clean carpets in a rental property that I just purchased. Not knowing what the stains were from made me nervous. Ted was fast to respond to my request. He managed to save the carpets and made them look and smell brand new. I am very pleased with his service as this saved me a ton of money by not having to replace the carpets.
