Let me start of by saying how professional and what a gentleman TJ presented himself to be from the moment he entered my home to the time the work was completed. I had numerous company’s come to my home to help me with a clog that I had with my toilet and every single one of them fed me with story’s about what had to be done but wouldn’t solve my problem long term. I was recommended by a friend that also used Dynamic Drainage so I took my chance. TJ gave me a phenomenal price that was no where near what everyone else was quoting me on and on top of that he told me the problem will be solved with no future issues. Every step of the way TJ informed me and was letting me know what he was doing and how his problem solving was benefitting my needs. I called dynamic drainage midmorning as my bathtub drain was very slow. The technician arrived the same day in the afternoon and was extremely polite, professional and definitely successful in cleaning the drain and explaining to me all that he did and why this was happening. Dynamic Drain was a life-saver! Came out on short notice to handle a sewer backup, and cleared out the line all the way to the street. Pretty gnarly stuff in there, but they stuck with it and got it done. Explained each step of the process and worked with me to choose the best options, and ones within my budget. I highly recommend!

TJ stopped in on time as scheduled, and kept working on the pipe blockage numerous times until it was cleared. It was a difficult task but he ultimately conquered the problem and now the tub drains perfectly.

We had an emergency sewer backup this weekend at 4:00am and TJ (the owner) was there within hours. He was unbelievably professional and courteous. We finally found someone who cared about doing the right job at a more than reasonable price. This was a pretty difficult fix due to a washer/dryer issue and he came back twice and stayed until 9:45pm to get everything done. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with his service. I highly recommend you use him and his company Dynamic Drain for any needs related to sewers, cesspools, plumbing, etc. A kind and caring business person you can trust. So hard to find!!!!
