John installed a wall entry dog door and the finished product was great. He was very knowledgeable, had all the correct tools for the job, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the result. He cleaned up after each saw cut and kept the mess to a bare minimum. I was also impressed with his honesty, His initial bid came in less than he expected for the job but he honored it despite of the fact he would have made no money on the project. I was very impressed and would hire him again for larger future projects.

Responded really quickly after my initial inquiry. Grasped the scope of the repair and set to work on it. Worked ( including trips for specialized tools and supplies) for several hours and completed the leaky drain repair on the next day. Pipe repair was probably not his strongest skill.

Do not use for plumbing. Took 5 hours to set a toilet which made it more expensive than a plumber. The wax ring was not adequate and we realized after a couple of weeks that every-time it flushed it was dripping in the basement. He promised to come back if there was a problem but we got a plumber so that it would be fixed properly. Also, used aquarium seal around the toilet, which, the plumber said, is illegal.

i had john install a doggy door. a few complaints; 1. he smells like weed, please don't bring that into my home especially if i'm a paying client you should present a professional appearance. 2. he smoked a cigarette at my house, i do not own my home, i rent it, and it is against my lease to smoke on the premises, i could've been evicted for his negligence. 3. the door install took 5+ hours, a dog door install has an estimated time for my specific door of 2-4 hours and you would assume a professional would be on the lower end. 4. he put caulk around the dog door, very messy, there are holes in the caulk wherever there was any texture on the door, as well as areas I personally had to scrape the extra caulk off. 5. he forgot to put his mask on multiple times when re entering my home. overall just unprofessional and like he'd never installed a dog door before even though he assured me he had. i should've just done it myself.

After assessing the repair job, John went to purchase the part and to discuss the issue with lock experts. I was very pleased with the Customer Service that was provided and the quality of work done.

John was very mindful About protocol for Covid. Wore a mask and gloves. Also he was very courteous by putting on coverings over his boots. I would definitely call on him again if I ever need help.

John came out in the evening and fixed the garage door opening mechanism so the door would not have to be open all night. He returned the next day to fix the ceiling that had dropped and caused the problem. Very accommodating. Quality job. I will hire him again.

The end result of my project that John worked on was excellent. He takes obvious pride in his work. I did point out to him, though, that he might need to change some of his work practices during the ongoing pandemic. While working on my project, he left and came back to my home at least 8 times, which was increasing the risk of bringing the virus into my home.

John did a great job with the stairs on my deck, and he also did a good job on the staining. I would consider your company in the future for other projects.
