I chose this company because of its great customer service from the first phone call to the final installation and follow-up. They were able to install the next day and it took less than a day to install. They arrived early and finished sooner than expected. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and professional. Their rates were very competitive and I’m extremely happy with the New York Boiler installed. I plan to upgrade my AC with them in about 6 months. I highly recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling!

Very thorough and professional. Very efficient and friendly. When Davey arrived he told us he was old school; he was about fixing the unit first and replacing it second (other companies went straight to replacing). His years of experience found a gas leak that Michael & Sons overlooked! They arrived as promised to install our heating and air conditioning unit and completed the installation quickly and professionally; much better than the original builder install. They also took care of registering the unit for us; also something that the original builder did not do. Would definitely recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling, LLC to fix or replace your unit. So glad we found them!

Dynamic Heating & Cooling did a great job with our new HVAC system. Our old system was a mess. The salesman took the time to explain our options (without pushing toward the most expensive). The installation crew was very thorough and took the time to ensure that the new system was installed, well sealed, and functioning properly.

Paula was in touch with me to schedule my appointment, Davey came out to check my system and gave me a number of estimates from cleaning and part replacement to a new system. The prices were on par for the industry, Donovan and Josh came to install the system and again to do a duct cleaning. they were on time and did a great job. thank you !!

As always, their Tech was on time, very professional and considerate. This company installed the current furnace I have now about 3 years ago, and I've had their service plan ever since. It was fairly reasonable in price until the price increased for the upcoming year. Last year I paid $180.00 for 2 services a year, (spring and fall.) Much to my surprise the renewal for the same plan jumped to $240.00. That represents approximately and 33% jump. I know inflation has been high but not 33% high. I'm disappointed because I have been satisfied with their service in the past, but I can't help but feel they're being a bit greedy here. I will be using another company in the future.

BUYER BEWARE! Scheduling the appointment for maintenance was very easy. The technician was prompt, friendly. But I was charged $240 for an $8 part and $395 for a $15 part. I opted for the dual run capacitor instead of 2 individual single run capacitor that were, I believe, quote at $275. I was told by the technician these were flat rate charges. I never considered that the flat rate charges would be 25X the cost of the actual parts! I was not charge for labor and the service call fee was waved but wow! I feel like I have been ripped off. I do not see how I can use this company again.

That means that all applicable parts, labor, and taxes are included in one price. Also, you were free to research the part in question before you made a purchase decision or call another company. I would give advice to stay away from this. They sold me capacitor for $460 which is on Amazon for $68. Also, they charged 10 times for R22 refrigerant. But they did not charge me for labor. So basically I think not telling me the truth and selling things that they got for almost 8 times. I do not even know there was a problem with A/C unit. I just called to check if there is any problem. I think this is simply cheating. If they tell me this much parts and this much labor just like my cra dealer tells me if I like I would do it but because I do not have knowledge of parts that this guy sold me for $460. It is unimaginable nowadays someone does that.

"Kishmor, Your input is valued, but we are a bit confused. You claim your system didn?t have any issues but you contacted an HVAC service company on a 92° day? Then after our technician arrived you agreed to repairs on a system you say was working? For the capacitor, we presented you with 2 flat rate options for capacitors in which you chose the most expensive. As for refrigerant, we put 3 lbs in your system but only charged you for 2 lbs. Our technician also cleaned both of your systems for no additional charge. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us."
