Did not come back to finish work. Said it was not worth his time or the money I owed him. After telling him I would be filing a complaint with Home Advisor and BBB, then he changed his tune and said I could make an appointment to have someone to try to come out. By then I was frustrated and said not to come back. Did not do a good job. Will have to hire someone to complete unfinished panels in ceiling and painting.

Was very rude on the phone. Never saw the damage but stated he would be pricey and I should look into Craigslist. Never how can charge for something you have not seen. And how do he know what someone could afford.

Extremely professional! When Pat was running a few minutes late from the scheduled time he texted me well before the set time to let me know. It was only 30 minutes but still informed me instead of just making me wait. When I text him with any question his response was with in minutes not the next day. The work he preformed was excellent he is truly a craftsman and plan to use him again on future projects. I recommend anyone needing home improvement or something as simple as drywall repair to contact Dynamic Home Services you will not be disappointed.

The work did not look like a professional did it and I was over charged. To charge $100/hr. to glue in a piece of dry wall approximately 15" x 12" is excessive. The plumbing company came and put an access point in because I was so displeased with the drywall job, I was charged $100/hr and I expect perfection.. He did not even use the same color paint that was on the wall. Very disappointed and I would not do business with this company again. I asked for a quote on repairing a fence post and the quote for one post was three times the cost of replacing a post and the work was not guaranteed. The plumbing company reimbursed for the drywall job and did not charge me to put in the access point.

The gentleman that did our work was professional and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. We were very confident before he even did the job but once he was here we were even more impressed. He was professional and diligent in making sure our stuff was protected. He cleaned up any mess made. We would definitely use this company again and have already given his information to a friend.

I found Pat to be an honest, hardworking individual who performed the work we requested. He and his helper were professional in both their work and their customer relations. He accomplished the job quickly and thoroughly with minimum disruption or inconvenience to us. The job he completed for us was much more that we expected given the nature of the repairs we had requested. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
