I had 3 companies come out to look at the situation. James took the most time to explain the possibilities and was the most honest. He let me know the best and worst case outcomes. Luckily it was the best case senerio. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone. Also he was very prompt on responding and starting the remediation when we were ready.

We were on a tight timeframe for a big job and James assessed, gave us an estimate and was able to start working the next day. He was respectful of our home and left things clean and contained at the end of each day. He worked with our schedules and we trusted him totally to be at the house when we werenâ t home. If we ever need this type of work again we wonâ t call anyone else.
