Mr. Kim is very professional and good about communication regarding the stages of the project via email. His crews were on time daily and did an excellent job with the significant amount of prep (scraping, sanding, patching, primer) that the exterior of my CA Craftsman home required. The crew was careful around delicate areas of my home (stained glass window) and thoroughly cleaned all windows and the work area when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Painting to others who need a quality paint job at a fair price.

I did see a review for Mr. Kim complaining about the language barrier; it is true that he might be a little difficult to understand, but the quality of the job is superb. Pretty difficult language barrier. Kisung has been in the US for a long time, but has very poor English skills.

Mr. Kim and his team did an excellent job . They pressure washed the house, removed all of the peeling paint, sanded and prepped all paintable areas and even repaired concrete steps at the back of the property. The house looks completely renewed!. They do not accept credit cards, though :( . THE HOUSE LOOKED SO GOOD THAT THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WANTED THEIR # SO THEY CAN PAINT THEIR HOUSE, TOO.!
