Initially they were great. They came out and fixed a couple of valves and a pipe in our home that was leaking. The leak stopped but the plumber did NOT flush the pipes in our home as we were told by other trade pros they were supposed to have done automatically when they did the work they did. Because of this, the sediment ruined our washing machine, our toilet and fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. When we called and told them the issue, they gave us the run around and even the manager or owner Paul told us basically it?s not their problem. They had no interest in fixing what they messed up. We hired another plumber to come out and they told us that Dynamic should have used common sense and flushed all the pipes after they did the work. Needless to say, we will never be using this company again!

There was a lot of confusion regarding the actual problem in my home. That being said the communication with Paul the owner is A1 and it’s apparent that he cares about his customers. He was very patient and understanding to our concerns and frustration.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Would not recommend Dynamic Plumbing at all. We were assigned to Dynamic Plumbing by our Home Warranty provider. Was told we will be contacted in 24-48hrs. No call from Dynamic Plumbing. I called and left a voicemail. Finally heard back about 5 days later. The lady who called was untruthful. Claimed that they called and left a voicemail. Never received a call nor a voicemail. Should have know that that was only a taste of what was to come. Eventually, Simon came out and was able to replace the food disposal that was broken. Simon was professional. The lndry however s not draining properly. They gave a quote which was not covered by the Home warranty which was fine with us. They were to schedule another visit to address this. And that's when they ghosted us. Called and left voicemails with no return call. Finally found another company who was able to come out in 48hrs and took care of the problem. Finally able to do laundry again, after waiting for Dynamic Plumbing for almost 2 weeks.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Contractor came to my home via American Home Shield and cut 4 holes in drywall to fix pipe leak. After leaving, the contractor stated he only cut one hole. Luckily, the whole service was recorded on camera, not sure if they knew the entire property is under surveillance . Top tier scammers

"Sorry you feel that?s the case Brandon, we reported all of the information to the warranty company and repaired what was approved by the on 9/30. The holes in the garage were to access a possible leak from a tub . The drywall repairs were taken care of by your warranty company as that?s not something we do. Not sure who we?d be scamming for a drywall repair but do know that they repaired it for as is in their contract. Not sure what the exact complaint is here since the drywall was fixed as well as the leak to your water heater."

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
I have American home shield home warranty. They came when I raised a request. It was to replace garage disposal and they submitted a claim it?s normal wear tear and claim was denied. They want 500 dollars to replace garage disposal. Worst service and they wasted my 100 dollars service request fee. Instead I could have got it done for 120 plus another 120 for the garage disposal

"Only at this property as an adjuster for the insurance company. $100 is a copay that is paid to the insurance company not us. I?m sorry you didnt get approved for a replacement by the warranty insurance provider but that is an issue to take up with them. We again were only sent to take pictures and relay information to them. Not really a fair review to submit as we were just the messenger. Had we provided poor service and made a bad repair that sure would be worthy of a poor grade but this is a bit of a stretch as we didn?t do any work at your property. Appreciate the feedback but in the future don?t shoot the messenger."

Complete Rip Off. The tall guy who was just The Techy Guy, his words, not mine, charged me $65 to look at the problem. I already called in with the problem, a leaking exterior faucet. He rudely talked over me and my wife, would not listen, and eventually was asked to leave by me after collecting his payment. I have never dealt with someone as rude as he. Now, we are out $65, completely frustrated, and still have a leaking exterior spigot. What a waste. I am so mad at myself for putting us in this situation. Hopefully, someone will read this and save themselves the frustration. Do not call these guys.

"We were dispatched out for an insurance claim through this customer warranty insurance. He paid a $65 charge which was his copay through the insurance provider. Unfortunately, the insurance company denied his claim, and no service was performed at this property because of that. We were just a third-party provider through an insurance company there to give an update to that provider. It is disappointing to hear that any of our technicians were less than professional but this was not our job and the poor review is disappointing, considering we did not even perform any work at this customer property as his claim was denied. Unfortunately sometimes."

Jason, technician is professional. He identified a leakage issue since my toilet floor is not flat. The floor of the front side was higher. When he installed a new toilet, he fixed the level of the toilet, the way the toilet would be stable and avoid any leakage in the future. . I am glad I found a good plumber.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Agent came well within the time we were told. Keith was a very pleasant fellow. Worked without stop. Left my place clean as it was when he started. Recommended that an old valve be swapped for a new ball valve. He said he could do it for $50.00. A no brainer for me. 15 minutes later he was leaving. BTW, the price was very reasonable. Quick response text/calls to my cell phone and they had a team member in the area. Quick quote and even quicker work turnaround. It was an expensive fix but unavoidable given it was a gas leak.

I spoke to Mr. Paul; owner and manager and he deserves standing ovation; He sets excellent example in service, quality work, integrity in pricing, clean, neat, they take ownership of customer project and and accomplish the service with flying color. I will have again in my house any time I need too. Also, I must mention Mr. Keith, he truly gentleman, good work and dedicated to make sure all is done perfectly.
