I had a minor pool heater repair that the pool companies failed to respond to. I tried DP&SS and was pleasantly surprised by a quick response. The company owner responded personally and was on site the very next day. He drove from Oceanside to Lakeside which could not have been a big profit margin for him. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and made recommendations for thing to watch for down the road. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance and replaced circuitry that was suspect, but he did not. Dynamic Pool and Spa has a new customer who will not hesitate to call in the future. Good business and great customer service.

Josh contacted me within minutes of my request on HA. He resolved both my reported issue and another unrelated issue quickly. He was very thorough and seemed very knowledgeable. Our equipment is older and maintaining is has been problematic in the past due to difficulty in finding replacement parts and due to supplier consolidation. But Josh worked well with the supplier for product support as he resolved our issues. Very customer oriented. Also, he has offered less costly options just in case cost was an issue (and it always is). I plan on using Josh and Dynamic Pool & Spa for all of my future pool equipment needs.
