Concrete Pool Installation
Poor customer service. Very unhappy with concrete work. Concrete is cracking all over just after a few months. The salt rock did not turn out well. Looks dirty. The holes are too large. I asked for a glass tile to be installed in the steps of the pool and was told no because it is too hard to set in the concrete. So we compromised with perimeter tile cut in a diamond shape. The auto fill was installed with a broken part which we called about and the office said they would send someone out but they never came. Broken promises with what they said they would do. The build deadline was met but our experience was not the best.

DO NOT HIRE DYNAMIC POOL & SPA OR TRANQUILITY POOL & SPA!!! After we signed the contract, they were extremely slow to show up for work, and unresponsive to our repeated requests to move the project along. After 4 months and 2 progress payments, they abandoned our project, leaving us with a hole in our backyard. They are unreachable by phone, e-mail or mail. We have been forced to hire another contractor to correct the errors they made and finish the job. DO NOT HIRE DYNAMIC POOL & SPA OR TRANQUILITY POOL &SPA!!!

I hired Tranquility Pools, and the concrete work was done by KH Concrete Construction(Dynamic Pools) The concrete work and service done by Kelly Herbert was great. He was active in all phases of the project and completed that phase on time and budget.

My concrete patio project started out great, but then the partners, Ryan (Pools) and Kelly (Concrete) parted ways during my project. It became very difficult and frustrating to get answers and follow up from them. At one point, Kelly refused to answer my calls or texts. Ryan made an attempt to help, and they finally completed the project, but it took A LOT of effort on my part to pursue them to do it.

The company (even clerical) was timely and responsive to calls and their workers really busted their b**** in completing the job as timely as possible. Company management even toured the completed job and made some recommendations for follow up. Overall a very good job!!!

Taylor listed to our needs and made recommendations for a design for our driveway and porch that fits our life style. We were very pleased with curtsy of workers. They explained everything to us, cleaned up after demolition, replanted plants after widening the driveway, and completed all the work. We highly recommend them to anyone.

I paid them before the job was completely finished and it seems they are a little slow doing the rest of the job, I still have debris that need to be removed and drains and lights left unfinished but overall am happy with the work done.

These guys are great. The work they did was during the holiday season and it kept raining. There were a few hiccups with the crew coming/following-up on agreed days to work, but when they came, they worked and did a phenomenal job. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and these guys left little or no mess when they were done. The owners are all that and a bottle of coke!!!!

I hired Tranquility to install concrete and turf in back yard. The concrete job is great but the turf job had problems initially. However the owner Ryan stayed in touch to make sure that everything was corrected so that I was happy with the project.

Ryan is really an intuitive design and vision guy. I had a mundane job and he gave a bit of vision for the project (rest of the backyard) that had me re-evaluate my plan. And it was a definite improvement which is what you want from a guy in his business but often cant find. I recommend him, the work and his advice.
