Dr. Roof

Although we had some minor communication delays and weather delayed my project, I'm happy with the results. The people were more than pleasant and friendly. My roof looks good, the work was neat, professional, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to see women included on the team that did my roof. The price was quite reasonable, less than I expected. I would recommend and yes, hire them for another project.

From start to finish, we were totally satisfied with all facets of the process, from the presale, the scheduling of the work, the installation, the cleanup, and the customer service throughout the process. Totally professional, honest, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others.

This project was great from start to finish. Everyone I worked with at Dr. Roof was totally professional and down to earth. No high-pressure pitch, just good, honest communication and quality delivery on the project. Steve set the pace for this project, his easy-going nature and helpful advise made making the decision to go with Dr. Roof an easy one. Then, Alex took care of all the scheduling and delivery of the supplies and equipment. He also arrived with the crew the morning of the project to get it going. Finally, Manny and the crew did an outstanding job with the execution of the project. They also made sure all the packaging and debris was completely removed before they left. Everything was completed on time and in budget. Would definitely use them again!!

Very professional definitely would recommend them

They were in and out in one day, but had to come back for an item they overlooked. I also continue to have an issue with overflowing rainwater in one corner of the new gutters they installed. They discouraged me from placing an additional downspout, but never suggested a diverter on the roof. The project was completed a month ago, and I still do not have the promised video of our project

I worked with two roofing companies for my previous houses, and Dr. Roof easily is my number one choice. Besides the quality and care for their roof work, they used a drone to record the progress of the roof work and sent me a complete digital package after it was done. It demonstrated their confidence in their work with or without the customer looking. Highly recommended!

A great job done by Steve and his crew. The job was completed soon than expected. When I came home from work the roof was done in the beautiful blue color I picked out and they were just cleaning up. They blew the dirt and raked the leaves and left it cleaner than when they arrived. The price was competitive and I was amazed when I could stand under the ceiling and not feel a drop of water the first time there was heavy rain. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is need of a new roof.

They showed up when scheduled and completed the work on time. Very customer oriented, kept me informed of progress and any issues that arose during the project. Listened to any concerns I had and addressed them. Overall it was a pleasure working with them and I would hire them again if needed. As for the quality of work... it looks great at the moment and I have no reason to believe there will be issues but we are talking about a roof... time will tell.

It seems as if they are much more advanced than their competition!

Of all the estimates I received Alex from Dr Roof had one of the best presentations including a video he took from my roof showing me all the issues I had and what they were going to do. They came in as the lowest estimate and did the entire rip and replace in one day with great cleanup and exactly on budget. Would definitely reccomend this company to others.

Dr roof did a nice job and cleaned up the area,when I was being sold on the job I was told of a DVD I would receive documenting the work,to this day even after several emails and phone calls I have not recieved the dvd or any of my closing papers and warranty info,may be minor at this point but it not the best customer service

Great attention to details.

I liked their price and service. They were prompt. While doing the work, they found an additional problem and fixed it without raising the estimate. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when they finished

I got mixed results. Alex actually repaired two small problems with the roof when he came out to our house (and did not charge us for fixing them). That was great customer service. HOWEVER, the main job was to replace our old rain gutters with new "Rain Handlers". The installation of the Rain Handlers was OK. BUT, they left all of the holes from the original rain gutters and down-spouts - I had expected that they would fill the holes with grout and/or putty (I'm afraid the holes will provide easy entrance for bugs). Also, they left all of the old dirt that had built up behind the rain gutters, so the the house really looked terrible when they were done.

Excellent service. Steve Hamer, Manny, and his crew are true professionals. They did exactly what they said, at a fair price, was very courteous, and they clean up was tremendous. It is not too often that homeowners can be so pleased with people working at their home but with these people I would have it done again. Thank you and would recommend them to everyone.
