Dynamic Restoration, LLC

Do NOT use Dynamic Restoration! Took my father's $ and installed a roof so poorly that it has leaked consistently since installation completed Jan 2021. They will blame leaking on anything but their installation which is not industry standard. There are places with no drip edge, places where they used no flashing but just stuck the TPO flexible roofing up the side of the stone house and multiple places where the TPO was patched (even with a material that did t even match). There are places where if you lift a shingle there is BARE WOOD. The WORST travesty though is that they cut off the copper flashing that was original to this house and had served it well. This copper flashing was inset into the stone of this house. The poorly installed counter flashing was not inset into the stone but rather was caulked like cake icing that has dried and cracked causing further leaking. They will not stand behind their work. They will not meet with us to review deficiencies. We will now need to replace a roof that is barely 2 years old after fighting with them the entire time the roof has been installed. Friendly, local, great workers, did our roof in 1 day. All of the people were wonderful and the work looks great.

My sales person , Ernesto ,was very knowledgeable on the roofing process. The few questions that come up was handled very swiftly. The team doing the work was outstanding. The company did a complete removal and installation in one day. They didn't leave a mess and hauled everything off. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I was very satisfied with their work and speed. There was 8 workers on my roof all day, going at it like bees in a hive. I would however recommend that potential customers get estimates by 3 companies. I don t know what this work usually goes for, it just seemed a lot of money to me....... thanx guys

Fernando was very professional. He knew his business. His crew that did the work spotted some problems with our roof when they started and they called him right away. He called us to tell us about the problem and it was fixed right away. The job was done "right"! Someone else would have just covered it! We have already recommended them to others who need roofs done. We would hire them again, our roof looks beautiful, and after they left you would never know they were here as the place was cleaned up and left in perfect condition. Great workers, didn't stand around talking and taking breaks, they never did, worked the whole time they were here.

I had talked to three roofing companies who failed to show to give me an estimate before using Angies List to connect with Dynamic Restorations. Ernesto from Dynamic Restorations arrived promptly for our appointment and he came back and met with the insurance adjuster. His crew completed my roof in one work day and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Ernesto came back at the end of the workday to make sure that everything has been done to my satisfaction.

They were very nice and did a good job.

The crew is very efficient and the supervisor is personable. They take pictures of any issues and review with you. They work fast and are all business when getting the job done. As an Owens Corning Platinum dealer the labor and materials warranty are very good. My only concern (that is covered by warranty) is that the difference between a 110 mph and a 130 mph roof is the number of nails per shingle; 6 vs 4. Some members of the crew were so used to using just 4 nails per shingle, that I observed quite a few shingles installed with 4 instead of 6 nails. Not a huge concern. The OC transferable warranty is a good one, and may increase the resale value.

Representative explained the insurance process very well. Was available to meet with the insurance adjuster when appointment was established to evaluate damage to roof. Answered all questions after insurance claim was completed. The roofing crew were very efficient installing the roof and cleaned up after the job was done. Represtantive checked on project when completed to make sure we were satifisifed with project.
