They were able to begin work on my roof immediately. I chose their bid over the others because it seemed very professional, it included more materials, and it was my middle bid for price. Dynamic Roofing Services did a excellent job installing foam on my flat roof. They also replaced some damaged wood and some wood trim that I requested ... it looks great. They did a very professional job at a reasonable price. Scott listened to my concerns and was very helpful in arranging everything. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely give them a call on future projects.

They did very good work - thoroughly stripped the section to be replaced, re-foamed it, and spray coated the whole roof. Communication with us was not as good as the work performed. They tended to show up and leave unannounced, and a couple of times we weren't sure whether the job was completed or not. In the end, though, the job was well and professionally done for a reasonable price.

Our flat roof was in need of some minor repair and recoating. Upon my first meeting with Scott I felt he was very knowledgeable about flat roofing and the application of Elastomeric Coating. After contracting for services and the work began (Sept. 25, 2007) there was some miss communication. However, Scott took an active role in addressing our concerns and Mike the on-site supervisor was professional. At project completion, Scott called to confirm our satisfaction. The result of our project is a newly repaired roof with color matched coating to extend the life of our foamed flat roof another 5-7 years.

One of the most professional and up-front companies I've ever worked with. The estimate was the final price, and they took us through every step of the game, neg or pos. i wouldn't use anyone else, which I'm certain shouldn't be for another 30 years!
