I hired this company for remodeling work at Lahaina Shores Resort. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The paint work quality was below expectations, and several items were not completed within the agreed timeline. Since I needed to start renting out my unit, I had to move forward despite the incomplete work. Additionally, I gave them my sliding screen door for repair. They removed it and took it with them, but it has now been several months, and I have not received it back. I have also been unable to reach them despite multiple attempts. This review reflects my personal experience as a paying customer. I have documentation, including invoices, to support my feedback. Please consider this carefully before hiring.

This team is amazing. Very professional and thorough. They were on top of the scheduling quicker than I was. Very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys will bend over backwards to do the job that must be done. When our steel siding blew away in the last windstorm, this was the only company willing to repair the damage--I did call 3 companies in total. Only Lakeside Dynamic Services were willing and ready to do the work--and they did it very well. They were punctual, hardworking, as well as honest. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!! gh

I had to have some caulking done inside my attic to seal up some gaps and also have the dryer vent reattached. They were on time and completed the work quickly. They were very friendly and professional, I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Excellent job. In having carpet installed, discovered water damage to subfloor. We called Lakeside, and they can out within the hour and replaced the damaged area, so that the carpet installers could come back the next day to finish. They did great work. Would highly recommend them. Will be calling again when we need some more work done. Thanks

I am so impressed with their prompt & friendly response and service! When I submitted my request on the Home Advisor site, I received a call from Steve before I was even finished reading the online ratings! We arranged for an appointment the next morning. They arrived promptly & repaired the toilet. Will definitely use Lakeside Services in the future!

They came when scheduled and spent about 6 hours cleaning our house after the previous tenant moved out. They also were able to make some repairs as well as plumbing. They were fantastic! Highly recommended.

On time, nice people who gave a reasonable price to came out and haul away construction debris left by the contractor.
