promised more than they could provide. Didn't tell us what to expect: i.e., left chunks of wood all over yard. Left tree trunk in yard. Made a 2-day job or day and a half job into a 1 day job. Only had 2 people working. Didn't 'remember' what we wanted--didn't take out all of trees/bushes right next to fence. (They did remember that we said they could have an old trailer and have some coconut palm plants. One came back for trailer--not saying anything to us when they took it.) 2 men worked real hard--but the entire job wasn't completed. Really wanted to have land cleared to a shed and so that we could get an old truck and car out--this didn't happen. Make sure to write down specifics before contracting with this company.

"this client said I only had 2 guys on the job at her house yes I did 1 of them was on a 60.000 dollars crawler mulcher that does more work in one day then 10 guys in a week the other guy is to make sure theres no steal,pipes ect well at her house her husband had a ten year collection of old motor cycles,steal,copper,pieces of barrels well it took the second guy all day to pile up where we already cleared our price was 1000 dollars cheaper just because with my mulcher I can do more work faster,looking better than ofc my competiion it also I bhwould've taken them days to do what I can do in one day and not look as good as my job she a piece of woods that was not included in price worth 350.00 dollars but I wanted pictures before and after so I can add to my profile instead of charging her I offered her that I wwould do it at no charge with a big smile she said thank you so I told my tracktor guy to do that area In her complain here I don't see her write anything about her freebees she got what she says about cars and trucks is a whole different job again steal,junk everywhere but it wasn't part of the job we were contracted to do before we left it was already late in the day I ask her if she had anymore work to call us she paid us why would she pay if she wasn't happy or her husband they watched us all day they didn't say nothing else the job is on my pictures its the last picture on my profile after seeing what she wrote I called her at least 6 times with no answer so I went 30 miles away to her house to see what can we do for free to make her happy because my contract was done completely drove all that way for her to tell me forget about it that shows me that her 350.00 dollar freebee she smiled about meant nothing to her and that she knew we did everything we were suppose to do ive been in business for 27 years never had a complain till now also I have piture of my crawler mulsure on my pictures"

This was a difficult review. First, the two that arrived were very nice, polite and on time. Only one of the two did the work. The price seemed reasonable. So let me rate them as such: Price - 5 stars Courteous and Polite - 5 stars On time - 5 stars Hard working - 5 stars Shrub Removal - 4 stars Quality of plants to be planted - 5 stars (before planting) Quality of planting and plants after planting - 2 stars (most planted too deep and some are nearly dead). Experience - 1 star. This was the first time they did this type of work so I was surprised that Home Advisor would have them on their site. Overall job - so-so - not enough wood chips and definitely not thick enough...too many weeds are growing through the chips. While I indicated I would not recommend them, I mean that I would not recommend them at this time. They are nice, hard working individuals, but they need time to develop their business and get the experieince they need to be more successful. Right now, they don't even have a truck and arrived in a comact car with only a shovel and no other tools. They used this car to transport about 40 plants and 30 bags of mulch; using it also to remove all the shrubs and debris. Hard work just to get the stuff here and removed as compared to using a pickup truck. Perhaps in time, they willl get more experience, more tools and equipment, and their business will develop, in which case I might consider using them again.

This was an excellent company to have provide us with service. They were very professional, hardworking, courteous, and did a terrific job. We had 2 huge Schefflera and 1 Mahogany tree that they trimmed, plus removed 3 palms and 1 tree. They did all that in 1 and 1/2 days and cleaned up everything very neatly. Would recommend them to anyone!

This company may be fine if all you need is a small job done quickly, but they are not equipped for larger work. They do not own the equipment needed for larger scale jobs. The supervision was poor and the communication was also poor. They started quickly and got the urgent work started but then days would go by with no word of why they were not there. They did not have the tools and equipment to complete the scale of work that they agreed to do. Honestly, they should have said that our job was to big for them. When they spoke to you they were always friendly and never rude. The workers they hired were hard working but they were not supervised well and sometimes the only people on the job spoke no english. They also left personal trash all over our property. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a company to do large scale work at this time. Perhaps as they get more experience they will better be able to handle larger work.

"we did what we sighn contracted to do with sighn contract by putting this on my rating shows me that you take advantage of who ever you can sorry the extra work is cost to do we gave you a great price and you wanted more free go to the mall try buying a 2 pair of pants and tell them you will only pay for one if it was a mistake we made we wouldve corrected but not do your extra work for free you were gratefull for the price we gave now i know you thought our kindness would get you free work"

Great job removing tree. However, part of the deal was to remove roots from under small patio. The root removal was never done. Get the agreement in writing.

It has taken over two weeks to get 50% of the project done. As of this point we have asked him to stop all work and we will hire someone else to finish. We now have a hole in our screen cage that will need to be fixed. When we told him to stop work, and come and get paid for the work that was been done, he has not shown up for his money. Like always, he is late or does not show up when he says he will be there.
