They reacted quickly to a need, and the ladies were great! However, they missed doing the oven and left a serious unclean area in the middle of the living area, but The rest of the house was great. Problem is I was quoted a very high price when they arrived, it seemed more like a question though. I negotiated it down to what was still Very High but I was desperate as the other cleaner cancelled twice. I believe the owner/Booker auntie took advantage of this. I would make sure if u consider them u get a quote estimation/range upfront, than a clarification # at the time of arrival. Mahalo

They were 1hr45 minutes late. Called late. Charged 200$ for 45 minutes of work with 2 people. Job was good but not excellent. Job was to clean the tiles of a small shower and fixtures.

Person who looked at the place and made the quote was hard to reach when we wanted to schedule the service. Called the office and they eventually got it straightened out. A little frustrating at first, but the work was completed as expected. Would consider hiring them again.

Their customer service is excellent. The crew was nice as could be! They didn't have the right equipment to do the job for a two story house -- not the correct ladder height, and supplies. Most of the first floor windows looked great, however the 2nd floor was unsatisfactory -- there were streaks and smudges, and water spots. I had to hire another crew to re-do the work.

The ladies are so nice but they missed some spots and used my cleaning supplies without my consent. They also mistakenly(?) took my swiffer which added the disappointment. For the amount I paid for, I feel like the job was okay but I could have gotten the same result for a much cheaper price.
