Had a great experience with Dynasty Repairâ s (and its owner Antonio Figueroa) service! Very impressed with the speed and quality of the service provided! Iâ m very grateful and recommend Dynasty repair 100%! To give a bit of a background, my laptop had gotten a blue screen and was not booting up for me. Since I had warranty, I called the manufacturer, and they were not able to help me and told me that the only solution was to do a reimagining (erase the laptop and restart it). However, I needed a data backup before erasing my laptop so I started looking for a repair shop that could do this job fast since I needed my laptop for university. A lot of places would send it to a laboratory for initial evaluation and charged $150+ depending on the status of the laptop which was not feasible for me. I ended up taking it to a chain store in which they took three days to tell me they could not retrieve the data even though they never opened my laptop to access the solid state drive. Doing my second search for repair shops, most of which were a bit further than the ones I had originally considered, I found Dynasty repair. After calling Antonio to explain the situation, he told me he could open up my laptop to retrieve the data and would only take a couple of days to complete. Antonio explained to me step by step what was happening with my laptop, what it implied, and what work he would perform to repair my laptop and obtain the data backup. In the end, he was able to obtain the data backup and had my laptop running without having to do the reimaging! Plus, he gave it a tune up and provided an antivirus. Honestly, the service could not have been better. He kept me updated at all times and the cost of the service was very good. Iâ m very grateful for his excellent and fast work. Definitely will be using Dynasty Repair in the future whenever needed!

I had a great experience with this company. the personnel was kind and very professional and beyond my expectation. They provide you a guarantee for their service and are willing to fix anything for free incase you have issues. but so far my computer work perfectly. So Thank you Mr. Antonio for your help. And I will recommended anyone with any type of software and hardware to go see Mr. Antonio, after going trough so many, I can definitely confirm that Dynasty Computer Repair is by far the best in this field.
