We Were so impressed with their fast and professional work that we decided to hire them to replace our entire roof shortly after. The new roof looks fantastic, and we've, just like they said we would. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the results.

Frontline roofing was not professional, did a rush job and didn't complete the job to my satisfaction. After the job I see tiles were not placed correctly and there is lot of gaps in between the tiles. The job was to fix the leak, replace the underlayment and wood underneath. They didn't change the rafters and it still look rotten. It is like new wood sitting on top of weak foundation. They were supposed to pain it atleast to look good which was also not done to the satisfaction. After the job was completed, i can still see lot of gaps in tiles, nails poking through shilplab boards, chipped rafters because of improper nailing and an obvious unprofessionally completed look of the roof. I wouldn't recommend engaging Frontline Roofing to other customers of Home Advisor or any homeowner.

Sham estimates on contracts that are not reviewed by managers before customer signing are designed to empower contractors to place liens on homes without ever starting the contracted work.

I had a new roofing on my residence. Frontline was contracted to do the work. Cesar, Angelo and others were on hand to help with the project. These guys did a great job in getting the work done. They were professional, courteous and friendly and knew their trade.

Their team was very professional and knowledgeable. The team was hard working and considerate. Thanks to all that participated in making this a good experience.

They came out, inspected the roof and provided a quote. I signed off on the contract and was told that it would be 7-10 days for the materials to come in and that we would get a call to set up the repair appointment. Two weeks later we'd heard nothing and when I called I was informed that they actually could not do the repair. This had been determined within two days of my signature on the contract and I NEVER received any kind of notification. So now, the roof is still leaking and I'm back to square one. While they were pleasant to deal with, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
