They are professional, installed it and did more extra which I really appreciate, they are very detail. The cover or the hood at times are shaking and making weird noise, I have to shake the hood to rid of the noise...my wife got scared that the exhaust hood might be defective. Hood was little loose, it can shake and move.

Charlie came in, knew exactly what was wrong with my dishwasher. He got the part and replaced it within 20 minutes. He stayed to run a short cycle to make sure that there were no leaks. There wasn't and he was done. What really impressed me was that he took his shoes off and wore a mask for my and his safety. Very thoughtful. Someone I would trust in my home! A repairman you can count on and his rates were very reasonable. :-) 5 star satisfaction!!!

Good company, great guys that came out and quick to find time to come get the work done. Installed a new but old range vent I had sitting around without an issue or trying to talk me into something I didn't need. Cleaned up good when they were done like they weren't even here.
