I needed two toilets cleared on a Sunday morning. The technician arrived at my home in less than hour. The price was discussed in advance and was reasonable for an emergency repair on a Sunday morning. I recommend Dynasty Home Improvement.

"I am sorry you are not happy. If you remember correctly we removed large amounts of tampons and paper towels from your cleanout and I informed you that we would not warranty the work UNLESS we ran a Jetter to clean out the lines with high-pressure water due to the fact that your household was obviously misusing the drainage system why should my company have to return? on warranty? when it is intentionally being miss used. You called 3 days saying it got blocked again I told you we would have to charge you denied and you actually called my sister company to come out and once again tampons and paper towels were removed. I am sorry."

The owner PROMISED he would NOT leave until he fixed my drain blockage. Not only did not he fix it, but HE also CHARGED me for not fixing it. I am so distressed, disappointed, and angry that I wasted my money on him. I have company coming into town and no amenities for them to use. I am literally crying I am so upset. DO NOT USE HIM. HE DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD. Regarding this businesses response, there is NO ROOT INTRUSION in my home. I hired another company the next day, Hancock Plumbing, and there were NO problems with the plumbing in my home,,,NONE! The problem was a clog within my outside sewage line which they promptly cleared. This can be verified by the company above which I paid another $308. You GUARANTEED you would not leave my home until the problem was fixed. Your excuses are nonsense. Your word means nothing,

"I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service... However, I informed you that you have root intrusion in your line and I offered you other services we provide to fix the problem a snake job which is what you were quoted for will not fix a broken line. I charged you a service fee that any and every company would charge just for coming out however I was there for 2 hours after 9 pm at night and charged you 120.00 for labor I originally quoted you 275.00 I charged you less than half due to the fact we could fix the problem. Once again I am sorry you were not satisfied with the service, happy holidays."
