DO NOT order from this company- it is a scam. I ordered in Feb and it is now AUG and still getting the run around. I want my money back - as it has been well past the 8-12 weeks initially quoted. This is not a covid issue- this is a SCAM. This company is a fraud. Look at the BBB reviews. Bill the owner takes the money and does not order the shades. You give a 60% deposit over and nothing happens. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. SCAM FRAUD. You have been warned. They advertise every week in the Florida Today and in the coupon clipper- do not be fooled. STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The craftsman that came toy home did a wonderful job. He built beautiful plantation shutters. Their price was a great deal. I highly recommend Dynadty Shutters. My sister has orders shutters and a few roller shades for her house yesterday. Thanks Dynadty!

This is a scam that comes to your mailbox every2-3 weeks. You would think it is real coming through the mail but it is not. Jeff came to my home on April 22,2021 and took the measurements for 2 blinds for my front window and I placed the order. The total cost was $310.00 and I gave him a check for $170.00 with the rest of the payment due when installed. My check was cashed April 24, 2021. It is now July 26, 2021 and I have received nothing. Multiple calls have been made to the number listed on my receipt and I spoke with Bill Shine, they kept extending the time my blinds would come in and I was never able to speak with the managers Jennifer or Jessica ( the name changed ). I finally told Mr. Shine I was going to the local TV station so other people do not make the mistake I did . He called me back within 10 minutes and said Jessica the manager was going to send me a refund due to the time I had to wait. 2 weeks now and no refund, no surprise to me. Just to let you know I got my blinds from another company in 4 days for a total of$181.00. DO NOT use these people ! Cindy Cieszka

Jessica is so helpful and has been amazing to work with. She has hung in there with me through all the Covid issues that have been causing problems in all industries. The father/son team of installers of my plantation shutters were so kind and worked diligently to complete this installation for me. They will be returning to finish the frames They are reliable! I love love these shutters

Now that fabrication is done in-house the speed of service is greatly improved. My order was fairly large and not all windows arrived correctly so had to wait for re-do. I have very old house so installation into the concrete walls was a challenge. Both visits by installers were efficient efforts. Just finished today. Best part of service is the installer started but was not happy on the fit on one window. He apologized, went back to factory and next day I now have a great looking room. It started as a wait but I was not in hurry. Once the error was corrected it went smooth as could be. Last but not least, when placed order a contractor friend was at my home. He heard the price, knew the challenge of my house and told me 10 years ago the prices for these shutters were higher than I was being quoted. So ....price is a value. ( easy too clean too).

Let the buyer beware, once they get your deposit get prepared for the worst treatment ever! They call to make appointments (two of them) so as to make final measurements on installation of Plantation Shutters. They never show up or even call. Unable to get any answers of whats going on, i canceled my order and asked for my deposit back. They said ok and would send back my deposit. After five (5) weeks and many-many phone calls, im still waiting for my deposit.

I hired Dynasty Shutters and Window Treatments, LLC to install new blinds for me on February 3rd, I gave them a deposit of 60% after I was told I could only pay cash or check since they said they were giving me a great deal, since then every time I call they always have an excuse, I have been given multiple dates and no follow thru, now when I call they are very rude to me, still no product, this has been going on for almost 10 weeks

They did a great job and their customer service is wonderful! Overall they did an excellent job!

It takes a long time (2+ months) from order to installation, but they look great, and the price was very good. We plan to do more windows with them.

I wrote a bad review about this company because they never called me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them, but in the end they made up for their mistakes and everything came out good.
