I had water leaking in my basement. Dave Denison and his crew came in and fixed the problem at a great price. They cleaned up afterwards (that s a huge plus in my book!!) I am very satisfied with the company and its customer service. Great honest people to work with. I highly recommend hiring them for your plumbing needs.

BEWARE!!! NOT LICENSED IN CHICAGO!! John Denison (License #SL 752) owner of Hydrogenie Sewer & Plumbing Inc. (formally known as Dyno Sewer Pluming & Jetting LLC) and formally known as other business names, refuses to honor his â five-year warrantyâ . On June 4, 2020 John, his son, David Denison and two of their relatives arrived to installed a back water gate valve in the front of the basement and they installed a floor drain to an already existing open drain in the back of the basement. My invoice states that the "plumbers will also hydro jett the floor drain and main line" yet they only used the hydro jets in the main line stating that since the main line was jetted that would cover all of the drains. John also stated that by installing the back water gate valve he guaranteed me that would stop any water from coming in. I took his word based on him being the a professional however, I have continued to get an excessive amount of water in the basement through the drains that were not jetted . And the back water gate valve is covered so there is no way to tell what the status of that drain is. Meanwhile, I have been trying all month to reach John via phone calls and text messages since June 4, 2020 and he has ignored me. I texted John on June 24, 2020 to ask when he would come back to jett the drains because water continues to come in which has caused mold and water damage. He responded â we will get there Friday, Call you around 11 AM I waited all day to hear from John but to no avail. On June 26, 2020 John finally responded to my text message because I sent him three different videos of water actually pouring through the drains and throughout the entire basement. John stated that he was sorry and that his transmission went out and that he would â tryâ to have someone come today, June 27, 2020 after 2 PM and that he would have them call me on the way. I reminded John that he was having vehicle issues three weeks ago when they installed the drain and back water gate valve however, that did not prevent his crew from initially doing the job. Therefore, that is no excuse for not having the professional courtesy to call two days ago after having me wait for him. Needless to say John was a no show no call today. In addition, on day two, his staff arrived 1.5 hours late without notifying me. I contacted John and he causally stated that they got a late start. When they arrived late, his son David stood outside and yelled my name loud enough for the neighbors to hear to let me know they arrived. Upon their completion I had to ask his staff to clean up after themselves and, they left cigarette butts in the entry of my basement. Therefore, I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone based on the aforementioned reasons. In addition, I am asking for a full refund based on false information that he is licensed and that they failed to do the job.

They are trustworthy, on time, provides good estimates and very reliable.

They cleaned up after the work was done and the area was left looking fantastic. The work was great I was definitely. I was very pleased.
