I was quoted a higher price and was told the system was obsolete! When EA showed up, I showed the tech what I had and what needed to be replaced, and he went to work. I had a quote within 15 minutes to replace what I was told by another company was not available. The quoted price was lower than the suggested replacement for a different type of system and was readily available. My replacement system was installed within 3 days and runs well.

Jonathan came to service/clean my outdoor unit and he was very detailed and professional. He took his time to explain how cleaning my air ducts would optimize the full benefit of my unit. Thank you Jonathan for your professionalism, customers need more people like you.

Very knowledgeable and friendly

Iâ  ve had two AC units replaced this year by Emergency Air; one on my back building, and one on my home. They respond immediately to phone calls, and are courteous and friendly. They actually come when they say they will, and it isnâ  t in two or three weeks like other companies Iâ  ve called! Both jobs were done quickly and professionally. I especially want to mention my technician, Jonathon Palermo. This man knows what heâ  s doing! When the second unit was installed on my home, a new thermostat was included. I couldnâ  t make heads or tails of the device, so I called and asked for Jonathon. He came the same day, and in five minutes, heâ  d fixed the issue! Now I never have to touch the thermostat again! I cannot think of one thing that could have been done faster or more professionally! Thank you, Emergency Air!

They were very personable and fast. I bought a new Trane AC unit from them yesterday and am totally satisfied with every aspect of the job they performed. I am from the east coast and have lived here for 12 years now and honestly, this is the most friendly and professional company I have dealt with hands down. I highly recommend them and I know we will continue to utilize their services from now on. I really appreciated the vibe I got from them. You could tell they had alot of experience and they knew what they were doing and also cleaned up everything perfectly when the job was done. They completely swapped out our old 17 year old unit on our house with a new one and it took less than 4 hours. My wife and I are very happy to finally find a honest and friendly AC company that seem to enjoy their job and want to do a great job for their customers. Thank you!
