Scott called and said he was with Total Green Cleaning. I asked to confirm so I could write it down. On the phone I informed him the area rug is 9 1/2 ft x13 ft. I understand the 1st quote on the phone ($80-$100: 1st price) is subject to change from phone to actually see the rug. Scott was readily available and arrived early. He arrived in a personal vehicle, no company logo on it, no company shirt, card, etc. He looked at the rug and stated the cost for steam and pet treatment would be $175 total (2nd price). I understand people are trying to get their name out there so I was giving him a chance. We had the couch moved and nothing else in the way to prevent him from cleaning the area rug. The initial chemical smell was expected but the weather was nice so we had the windows open. He was here a total of 15 mins (that was bringing equipment into our house, a steam clean and pet treatment of the area rug, and getting equipment loaded back into his vehicle). Outside at his vehicle I was writing the check and confirming the name of the company to write the check out to, he told me All Green Cleaning. I asked then, What about *Total* in the name? He said no, it was *All* Green Cleaning;. OK...moving onto the cost. I stated the cost is still $175. At that time he said it was $225 (the 3rd price). I stopped and gave him a confusing look...he saw this and said $175 was fine. Per his instructions, we waited an hour and rubbed my hand on the carpet and it did not smell like chemicals, but there is not a noticeable difference. He stated there was some sort of 3 or 4-year warranty (once he said 3 yr later he said adding a year) and he would email me the details and a receipt. I have yet to receive one. Basically, 3 different prices, time on the job was less than 15 mins, and not a noticeable difference in the carpet.

I spoke with Scott who claimed he was from Total Green Cleaning after already booking with another company. He came in at a better deal for only $25 more but it included multiple **special** treatments at the low price. On the day of the appointment, he texted me 11 minutes before my scheduled time to ask to reschedule. I stated I could not and would cancel so he did show up, however later than my time. He arrived in a personal vehicle (no company logo or indicator) and looked/greeted me in a very unprofessional manner. The machine he brought in to use was the kind you rent from a grocery store and the same type I already have at home. Once he got into the home, before even starting the job, he asked to use my bathroom and asked to use my water for his machine. During the call when he provided the quote, he started the cleaning would include the normal deep cleaning products, pet treatment products, and sanitizer products, which one would assume was all related to the carpet itself. As soon as he started treating the first area, I began questioning the process, how quickly he moved through the room, etc. and he became defensive and argumentative. After he quickly completed a room, he proceeded to SPRAY a can of aerosol type product throughout each area. The fumes were overwhelming not to mention did nothing for the CARPET! I continued to question the job he was doing as it was not a professional cleaning, which he then blamed on my carpet, my pets, etc. and made sure he told me that when he came into my home it smelled bad and like pets immediately and that was not his fault. He gave every excuse other than owning the poor job he was doing. He repeated multiple times that he could pack up and leave right now and only charge me half and that no professional company can clean it better than him. After he finished 3 bedrooms in less than 15 minutes, he began to clean the steps when he abruptly stopped, stated he would only charge me half ($100) and he would just do the pet treatment only and I could hire another company to come and actually clean the carpets. He finished by cleaning my 8x10 area rug in about 7 minutes, packed up, left my home, and immediately went to the bank and cashed my check. I have never had such a horrible experience with a professional company! If he is a subcontractor or employee of Total Green Cleaning, they need to do a MUCH better job representing their company!!! This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had!

I was at the time where I knew I needed to get my carpets cleaned and they completely surprised me with how fast they came out (that day) and my carpet is already smelling great and looking wonderful! Thank you guys so much!

They give you a low quote and then raise it by $200 and they do not do anything special except clean the carpet like any other carpet cleaning place and they use a big machine like you get at a grocery store, the service man was highly excitable and was betraying me saying that my basement smelled like zoo animals!! Very unprofessional.

Scott was very professional and did an incredible job on a very large area of Berber carpet. It was in pretty bad shape and it looks and smells amazing now.! He is very knowledgeable and has the right equipment for tough jobs. We highly recommend Total Green Cleaning and will call Scott again for future jobs. Couldnâ t be happier!

We have a sofa with a chaise. It had never been professionally cleaned only spot cleaned. Making the arrangements with Scott over this past weekend was easy and I was able to get an appointment for Monday morning at 9am. The tech, Darrin did an amazing job considering the chaise portion was absolutely filthy. I would definitely recommend this company.
