This review covers the free in-home design consult and scheduled appointment to review the renderings as a no-longer prospective customer. My husband and I had a free design consultation with Tony from EA Home Designs, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Tony showed up 30 minutes late without a call or text to let us know he?d be delayed. From the start, his demeanor came across as patronizing and dismissive ? particularly toward me as a woman. When he asked what kind of newel posts for the stairs I wanted and I replied ?square,? he snapped, raising his voice, ?NO, I?m talking about the posts.? I then showed him a picture ? of square posts ? which made it clear I knew exactly what I was referring to. As a professional engineer living in an affluent area, I was genuinely shocked by his tone and attitude. The contrast between how he spoke to my husband versus how he spoke to me was noticeable and uncomfortable. His behavior came across as misogynistic and condescending.

From the beginning of the project until it was finally finished, EA Home did an excellent job in craftsmanship and customer service. From the workers George, Geovani(?) to PM Shawn. They not only pay attention to the big stuff but also care about the little details. The whole project last a few months. Time proves that EA Home is dependable, reliable, and focus on the long term, You will not be disappointed by choosing them.

We had a great experience with Ali, Kevin and the staff that remodeled our kitchen. The design is beautiful The quality is top notch. The team arrived on time every day, and worked all day (does not always happen). They were perfectionists. They cleaned up at the end of every day. We love our new kitchen. They started the project earlier than projected and finished sooner than projected. We cannot say enough great things.

The designer, project manager, and support staff were wonderful to work with. The workman who did the remodeling was incredibly experienced and very efficient. In addition, he was a pleasure to have in our home as he completed the remodeling. We are delighted with our new kitchen. It is beautiful.

this company over-delivered on their promises of project duration, workmanship, and quality in the completion of our kitchen remodeling. They started with a creative and unique design to our layout, which set them apart from the others we would solicit estimates from. Their pricing was clearly laid out and itemized in the estimate, making it as easy as possible to see what each element cost within the project was. It was very reasonable pricing, as compared to other bids, and for the work that was being proposed.We scheduled the project to start in January after the holiday, and EA quoted a 5-weeks total duration, which seemed reasonable. They completed the work in 3 weeks total, getting us back to normal in our new kitchen, way ahead of schedule. Throughout the project, they were extremely respectful and were always on-time each day when expected. They closed off the work-space in plastic, ensuring the rest of our home stayed dust-free during the work. All in all, we were extremely impressed with EA Home Design, and are more than pleased with our new kitchen.

After talking with 4 other contractors, we chose EA Home Design to remodel our 15-year-old kitchen. Ali and Kevin guided us right from the onset of the project with choosing colors, finishing for the cabinets, countertops, and backsplash while making sure that we did not go over our budget. EA Home Design is very particular about customer satisfaction and will take the extra effort to make sure everything meets the customer's expectations. Once the cabinets arrived, we were amazed by how quickly EA's team completed the remodeling project - slightly under 8 working days! A week ahead of the original schedule. If there was one thing that I wish they had paid more attention to is the spacing between cabinet doors/handles and appliances. That said, we are very happy with the end product and would certainly hire EA design for other home projects.

Ali and Kevin were responsive and always reachable. Ali was very receptive to our design ideas and patiently worked through several iterations of the design. The work was completed in a timely manner and they made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are enjoying our new kitchen!

Kevin and Ali were very responsive. They provided solid design guidance for our kitchen remodel- new cabinets, quartz countertop, brickstone backs plash and lighting. The installation was efficient, timely and very professional leaving us with a kitchen that we are very pleased with. They were very responsive and easy to work with and we love our new kitchen.

We are very happy with the service EA Home Design delivered. The final products are fantastic. We received a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors on our new kitchens. The design of the main kitchen is beyond our expectation. Ali, Kevin, and Shahab were very responsive, professional, and customer oriented. The project was finished on time, which is quite rare comparing to what we heard from friends. There was a dedicated installation team working only on our project during the remodeling so the quality is consistent. They put on protective materials before starting and would do a nice cleanup after the day’s work was done. Kevin and Ali delivered on everything as promised. The project was a complete kitchen remodeling. The entire floor all the way into the laundry room, the cabinets, the recessed and cabinet lights and back splash were all installed in 2 weeks and 4 days. When selecting the floor, countertop and backsplash, Kevin and Ali were very helpful and always were waiting for me when I got to the showroom. EA Home Design is a well-managed company. Their cost was way below the big companies, yet workmanship was high quality. I highly recommend them.

EA Home Design work included a kitchen remodel--new Waypoint cabinets with underneath lighting, quartz counter tops and back splash, new recessed lighting, installation of an overhead fan, and installation of appliances. The work was completed in 8 days from demolition to final results. Mr. Ki, the installer and primary worker was very polite and knowledgeable. He did exceptional work. His work ethic must be commended. He arrived each day at 8-8:30 am He took care to protect the floor and maintained a neat work area. The project managers, Ali and Kevin, were great to work with. They are very talented and they offered me several recommendations which I accepted. Emails were always answered in a timely manner. At the last day, a cleaning person came to do a final cleanup. What a nice surprise. Overall, I had a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend EA Home Design to anyone.

I am glad I chose to work with EA Design. They responded immediately to my inquiry, had an estimate within 2 days and patiently waited for us to make a decision. Then Ali and Kevin took us to showrooms to pick tiles, countertops, backsplash and cabinets. They even took us to one of their customer's home to see the quality of the cabinets and the work, and to see the countertops in an actual kitchen. The actual job was completed ahead of schedule and they were very accomodating when I changed my mind regarding the backsplash. Kevin and Ali always responded immediately to our calls and e-mails and the people working in our house were very professional, working long hours to finish everything on time. Overall, I am very happy with my new kitchen and powder room!

Absolutely exceptional! The work that EA Home Design team completed in our home is incredible. Our bathrooms and custom master closet are exactly what we dreamed of and EA Home Design made it happen! We're extremely pleased. We were set to sign with another designer before a realtor friend recommended EA Home Design to us. During our consultation, our expectations were met and more. We signed immediately and began quickly getting started. Our home had the original 1970's style bathrooms that weren't functional. The master was so incredibly small that I often joked about being able to lean my head onto the wall from the toilet. Different from other companies we sought out, EA Home Design approached every aspect of our complicated project with optimism, enthusiasm, and a luxury custom design. We were able to live comfortably through the renovations while watching and providing personal touches throughout the progress. I could not be more pleased with the results or the experience. My kitchen is more than I hoped for. They worked within my budget, had wonderful, space maximizing ideas and were done BEFORE time frame given at beginning of project. Customer service and quality was absolutely top notch. Ali was always available to answer any questions. I cannot recommend enough.

My husband and I interviewed several contractors to do remodeling for two bathrooms and new flooring for our dining room and living room.
