Gas Heating and Furnace Service
My home warranty company send this worthless lying peopke to my home to fix my heating system, I was told I needed a new board, My ystem was under warranty so I called the company who installed it. They came out after paying another service fee and told me nothing was wrong with the unit all it need was a filter change, It works fine now. This company lied to my face and tried to burn the consumer so they could line their pockets, Stay far far away. I would give them a zero if I could!

Absolute and utter joke. Unfortunately these are the people our home warranty decided to use. Our AC compressor went out. Which is covered under our warranty. But... to make sure they gouge us for every single dollar. E&A is refusing to replace the compressor with an addition $1,000 worth of add-on services. $120 locking caps, that cost $12 on amazon and literally screw on, there is no labor to install. $185 for a liner, that is basically a fancy pool noodle and will run you $15 at any home depot. Cut it to length, and it slips over the pipe. I can go on, but you get the idea. to make it worse, it is now been 9 days of triple digit heat and NO ONE will return our calls. We have called them and our warranty people EVERY SINGLE DAY. They should be ashamed of themselves. Find another sucker!

Dmytro T from A& E was wonderful! He called earlier than expected and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was kind, professional and knew what he was doing! He was able to identify the issues and fixed them quickly. We are very happy with the courtesy and expertise he gave to us. Hoping A &E knows what an asset to the company he is! Really great guy!
