I met with one of their salespeople after receiving a flier from them in the mail. He gave me a verbal quote which I accepted. Work was to start that same afternoon and be completed within 3-4 days. After much effort was put into the project by me to get ready for their arrival, they never showed up. After three days of leaving voice mails, texts, etc. to get an eta from them they never responded. One time I reached a real person who indicated they would get right back to me with answers, again they never did. While waiting for a response from them, I contacted other professional paving contractors regarding a potential quote from them, and all shared the same opinion that the work that would have been done by Columbia would have been substandard and a total waste of money with only problems arising from that work in a very short period of time. Please save yourself some headaches and keep my experience in mind if you contact them for potential work.
