E&A Pro Flooring, LLC

If they had more stars available for customer service they would get them all! I was getting my house ready to sell and I hired them to replace my carpet and refinish my hardwood floors. They beat every other bid and offered to project manage the 2 jobs since I had already moved out. Not only were they on schedule, they finished early and the floors and carpet looked amazing. My realtor was really impressed with the quality of the job they did! Then just this week they came through for me again. My mom's condo is on the market and the realtor got feedback that the carpet should be replaced. Because time was of the essence, I called E&A to see if they could possibly install new carpet ASAP. They came through big time! The search around locally for carpet that was in stock so we didn't have to wait two weeks to order it and they found a warehouse in Kent, purchased the carpet and it will be installed two days later. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs. It's a great feeling knowing there are companies out there that still have a good, honest work ethic!!!

E & A Pro Flooring just finished replacing all the carpeting in the common areas of our 9-building condo complex. I could not be happier with every aspect of the experience. After reading their glowing reviews, I was sure E & A would be the highest bidder. I was delighted when they turned out to be the lowest. To begin with, Alex, one of the E & A owners, came out and did the measuring himself. His measurements were spot on, which meant we did not waste money buying more material than we actually needed. Alex was professional and personable and very easy to work with throughout the project. His commitment to leaving his customers satisfied is obvious. Juan Carlos and the E & A installation crew were fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Juan Carlos adjusted the install schedule so I was always able to give each buildingâ s residents advance notice before work began in their building. The installers understood the unique challenges of working in a 55+ community. Our residents commented that they were courteous, cooperative and accommodating. In addition, they went the â extra mile,â by caulking the cove base to provide a more finished look. Each stage of the carpet replacement project went smoothly, and the entire experience was positive. If you are in need of flooring, do yourself a favor and contact E & A Pro Flooring.

Painting and reflooring the interior of entire house can be quite challenging and overwhelming. If you want a team to help you navigate this experience with excellence, hire E&A Pro Flooring/Painting without hesitation. Right from providing initial estimate to procuring material and executing on the project on time, their entire team was simply amazing. Ruslan educated us on various options and provided not only competitive but also detailed itemized quotes with neat explanation. Edwin was extremely helpful and supportive of our needs right through the project execution. Details were noticed and addressed without having to point them out. He has great communication skills, kept us updated on the job status, crew and budget. When an issue arises, he addresses it and provides immediate workaround solutions. Edwin and the crew kept earning our trust with their knowledge and expertise in various aspects of remodelling - and the job came within the overall budget/estimate. We are extremely satisfied by the end results, very professionally done and on time! We highly recommend E&A Pro and their team for any home remodelling projects. They are the best!

Excellent work.

We had a mostly intact original fir floor in our 1913 house. E&A filled in the missing part and did a gorgeous job refinishing the floor. Fir is soft, and needs extra care. Besides the beautiful work, they were great at communicating, follow-through, being on time, and keeping everything cleaned up. So glad we found them, after contacting another company who were not nearly as professional.

Loved them! My home finally feels fresh and looks amazing!

They installed carpeting in my house and looks amazing!! Thank so much

Great experience from beginning to end. Professional staff and capable experienced team. Very satisfied. Would use them again.

We had an unusual carpet installation but our installer went out of his way to be sure we were informed every step of the way. He was a patient, intelligent, skilled craftsmen and the job turned out perfectly! I have to add that clean-up was A+....beyond what was expected.

You definitely get what you pay for. They did a great job thanks E&A.

Overall, I'm happy with the customer service they provided, how clean and professional they were. Another important thing for me is the price, they beat the competition for other estimates. I got a good deal, amazing service. The workers are clean, professional, and polite.

A great, hard working crew who did a beautiful job.

We hired E&A Painting to paint our small townhouse complex. We could not be happier with the entire process. For starters, the crews were extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the quality of work was exemplary! Their attention to every detail was top notch and since we did a dramatic color change, this was important. Whats more is the care they showed to each unit's personal belongings and space. They were extremely careful with plants, flowers and other personal belongings. They were also extremely neat during the entire process. Slavic and his team did an outstanding job!!! I would highly recommend them!

E&A Painters are very professional, do excellent quality work, and are very responsive. They did a great job painting my house. Every step of the process was simple and every person I dealt with was friendly and professional - great customer service and work!
